On May 4th, also known as Star Wars Day, LEGO rolled out several new releases. However, this is just a taste of what’s to come. LEGO has started to unveil some of the Star Wars sets that will be available during summer 2025, with the 75428 Battle Droid with STAP vehicle leading the charge. Upon seeing the box, I was taken back to the scene in “The Phantom Menace,” and it instantly brought a smile to my face. Three more sets were also unveiled, such as Plo Koon’s Jedi Starfighter, which is claimed to be the first-ever Star Wars Microfighters recreation.

Build and Play with the LEGO Star Wars Battle Droid with STAP (Set 75428)!

In this set, you’ll find a brick-built battle droid that can stand independently or be placed on its brick-built STAP speeder. The battle droid comes equipped with a brick-built blaster, as well as a stand and a mini-figure of the same droid for additional play possibilities!

This micro-scale LEGO Star Wars model, the “Plo Koon’s Jedi Starfighter,” is up for pre-order and will be available starting June 1st. With 89 pieces, it retails for $14.99. This miniature toy replicates the first-ever LEGO Star Wars Microfighters, boasting intricate details from Plo Koon’s starfighter as depicted in “Star Wars: The Clone Wars.” It comes equipped with a minifigure cockpit and 2 stud shooters.
