The video game “Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2” by Paradox Interactive has experienced another postponement and is now set to release in October. In a recent video, Marco Behrmann, executive VP of World of Darkness, shares that substantial progress has been achieved during development. You can watch the update here.
As a gamer, I’m thrilled to hear that the game’s content, storyline, and character development are going to be even richer, with Fabien’s role having seen an evolution. Behrmann has confirmed that the game is all set, but there’ll be some extra time taken by Paradox and The Chinese Room to squash bugs, boost performance, and more before we dive in.
The team has announced they’ll temporarily pause their developer updates, focusing instead on perfecting and fine-tuning the game. For those eager to ask questions, they suggest checking out the game’s official Discord channel. Fans should keep an eye out for the release date announcement in due course.
The game ‘Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2’ was initially announced in 2019. Originally developed by Hardsuit Labs, it experienced numerous setbacks and a subsequent takeover by The Chinese Room for further development. It is now set to release on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC.
