Among the given characters, the one that can only appear during specific events won’t show up when using the standard summon “Wanderlust Invocation.

For the “Character Event Wishes,” the number of guaranteed wishes for both “Character Event Wish” and “Character Event Wish 2” are combined, and they increment together. This shared count doesn’t affect the guarantees for any other kinds of wishes.
