Virginia Giuffre’s legal representative is clarifying some previous statements she made about the circumstances surrounding her client’s passing.
A few days following her statement about Giuffre’s apparent suicide being surrounded by “big question marks”, Karrie Louden made it clear that her intention wasn’t to cast doubt, but rather to express uncertainty in her words.
She clarified her previous statements to People magazine on May 2nd, emphasizing that she doesn’t find Ghislaine Maxwell’s recent death suspicious at all.
She clarified that it would be determined later by the Coroner what led to Giuffre’s death, and this determination would be based on the available evidence. It’s important to note that she wasn’t criticizing the police or suggesting they investigate further. The police are limited in the information they can disclose about such matters, as it’s their standard practice not to share details with non-family members.
Louden stated, “The police are currently investigating and will undoubtedly share all their findings with the Coroner.

In late April, Giuffre, who had alleged that convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein had trafficked her to Prince Andrew for sexual purposes when she was a teenager, passed away at her residence in Australia, as stated by her family. Her age at the time of death was 41 years old.
Virginia took her own life, following a lifetime of suffering from sexual abuse and exploitation in sex trafficking, according to reports to NBC News. Virginia was an ardent fighter for the eradication of sexual abuse and human trafficking, shining as a beacon of hope for many survivors.
Ultimately, the burden of the mistreatment grew too great for Virginia, making it intolerable for her to continue bearing it.
Meanwhile, Sky Roberts, Giuffre’s father, has later voiced his own reservations about the cause of Giuffre’s death. However, other family members have kept her advocacy alive by sharing messages on social media. Recently, her brother Danny Wilson and sister-in-law Amanda Roberts posted a poignant message from one of Giuffre’s old diaries.
In a heartfelt Facebook post on the 29th of April, Amanda shared an emotional moment with everyone, as they reminisced about their sister while spending time together and celebrating her life. They stumbled upon a touching quote she had penned over the years and felt it was perfect to share. Amanda emphasized that survivors should remember Virginia’s presence with them and understand that her voice will never be lost. She strongly expressed that Virginia’s wish is for us all to continue standing firm in our fight.
I’m posting a picture of Giuffre’s handwritten note, which says: ‘Parents, siblings, and all family members should realize that the battle lines have been drawn, and it’s important for us to unite and defend the rights of victims. I’m not sure if protesting is the solution, but we need to take action somehow.
Five years following Epstein’s suicide in prison during his trial for sex trafficking allegations, Giuffre passed away. This event occurred three years after Andrew, who maintained his innocence, reached an extrajudicial agreement with her regarding the sexual abuse lawsuit she had filed against him.
In a court document submitted during their settlement agreement in 2022, lawyers representing Prince Andrew expressed regret for his connection to Epstein, and praised the courage of Virginia Giuffre and other survivors who bravely stood up for themselves and others.
