As a long-time Wallace & Gromit enthusiast with a heart full of nostalgia and a fridge always stocked with cheese, I couldn’t be more thrilled about the return of Feathers McGraw this Christmas! The new teaser for “Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl” has me on the edge of my seat, ready to embark on another delightful adventure with our beloved duo.
This holiday season, Wallace and Gromit will face a challenging assignment as the infamous Feathers McGraw reappears with destructive intentions. We’ve recently gotten an exclusive sneak peek into what awaits our cherished clay animation team.
The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) recently unveiled a thrilling 50-second preview for the upcoming Wallace & Gromit adventure titled “Vengeance Most Fowl.” The teaser trailer is chock-full of intense action.
The story starts with Gromit appearing worried as he sneaks a peek behind the drapes, while a narrator informs us about increased criminal activities in the area. We switch to a news broadcast where a reporter stands before an agitated crowd, sharing that she is stationed outside the residence of “the notorious inventor, Mr. Wallace.
As a captivated moviegoer, I must admit, the twist in “Wallace” left me utterly astonished – and it appears that’s just the start of our protagonist’s troubles.

For the rest of the video, you’ll see various thrilling stunts enacted by our beloved cheese enthusiast, who’s working hard to clear his name. It also comes to light that, as expected, it was Feathers McGraw pulling the strings.
Inside a zoo, we spot a mischievous penguin perched at a piano, playing it in a threatening manner. Then, he rotates his chair and stares directly at the camera.
At Christmas, a full-length animated special featuring Ben Whitehead reprising his role as Wallace will air on BBC One. He first voiced this character after Peter Sallis handed over for certain parts in the 2008 short film titled “A Matter of Loaf and Death.
Simultaneously, Peter Kay reappears as Inspector Macintosh and there will be appearances by Diane Morgan (“Motherland”), Adjoa Andoh (“Bridgerton”), Muzz Khan (“Brassic”) and Lenny Henry (“Three Little Birds”). More information about their roles in the storyline is coming soon.
Earlier, it was disclosed that Reece Shearsmith will lend his voice to Wallace’s new creation – a pre-programmed smart gnome named Norbot. Fans were previously acquainted with this character in a clip where they witnessed Norbot and Gromit meeting each other for the first time.
The movie is helmed by directors Nick Park and Merlin Crossingham, who developed the story together with Park, while Mark Burton was responsible for penning the script.
Recently, Park clarified the reasoning behind reviving the character Feathers McGraw for the first time since his appearance in The Wrong Trousers back in 1993. He disclosed this during Deadline’s Contenders London event, stating that the decision to include the mischievous penguin was a “slightly late-breaking idea.
He commented that minor malfunctions in the machinery were almost expected, but what was required was something more significant, with a definite, malicious intent instead.
It’s clear that Feathers McGraw was an ideal fit for the role of a villain, given his lengthy imprisonment of thirty years, spent brooding over vengeance.
It looks like we’re in for a treat!
Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl will air on BBC One and BBC iPlayer this Christmas.
