The first live-action stage adaptation of “Demon Slayer” was performed in 2020. Since that time, the performance has tackled an additional two storylines from Koyoharu Gotouge’s popular manga, spanning three separate plays. This year will see the fifth production, and all four previous plays are scheduled to be streamed on Aniplex’s official YouTube channel in February, for a limited period. The first play will be available from February 1st through to the 3rd, Part 2 from February 8th to the 10th, Part 3 from February 15th to the 17th, and Part 4 from February 22nd to the 24th.
For the last five years, the live-action “Demon Slayer” stage productions have adapted the “Unwavering Resolve Arc”, split into the first two performances, the “Mugen Train Arc”, the “Entertainment District Arc”, and starting this April in Tokyo, the “Swordsmith Village Arc”. If you’re unfamiliar with these live-action “Demon Slayer” plays, they are definitely worth your attention.
The Demon Slayer Anime Is Coming to An End
It’s always a heartfelt experience when a favorite anime reaches its closing chapters. Fans of “Demon Slayer” are bracing themselves for the five stages of mourning, as the popular series from Studio Ufotable is about to conclude with a trilogy of movies. The initial trailer for the “Infinity Castle” film was revealed at CCXP last year, and it promises to be spectacular.
The specific date for the release of the “Infinity Castle” movie remains undisclosed, but a recent rumor indicates that it might premiere this Fall. As for the other two movies in the trilogy, there’s very little information available at present.
