4. In case an entry wins across various platforms, the reward will be distributed based on the initial posting platform following a thorough confirmation (a single prize will be awarded).
5. It’s crucial to avoid actions that infringe upon others’ intellectual property or personal rights, such as plagiarism, misappropriation, or violations of copyright, trademark, or personal rights. Once the winners have been declared, Travelers who have concerns about the winning entries can express their feedback via our customer support email or by reaching out through in-game customer support. If a prize-winning work is believed to have breached the event rules, we will rescind the prize and the associated account will be permanently prohibited from participating in future community events.
7. When you join this event, you are giving consent for your unique game identifier (UID) to be made public on the event’s platform. This information is exclusively used to distribute Primogem rewards to victorious players and will be safeguarded in compliance with local privacy protection laws and policies regarding data security.
9. In case a player submits an incorrect Game User ID during the process of receiving rewards, our team will not resend the reward.
