Previously starring on “Vanderpump Rules”, she filed for divorce from her husband after five years of marriage, asking for primary legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old son Cruz in court documents acquired by TopMob News on August 27.
On the other hand, Brittany mentioned in her submission that she’s amenable to Jax, whom she wed in 2019 following a five-year relationship, having visitation with their kid.
In addition, the 35-year-old requested the court to end any obligation for spousal support for both parties involved (her and Jax) and further stated that each party should bear their own attorney’s fees.
Furthermore, Brittany requested that any gifts she received throughout her marriage be considered individual assets distinct from Jax’s, and also any belongings she obtained following the specified separation date, which was indicated in her filing as January 24th.
Initially, Brittany disclosed their separation in February, revealing that they were spending some time apart because she was relocating to a different residence in order to create some distance for her mental wellbeing. Apart from Jax, he too believed that separation was the appropriate choice, expressing this sentiment on “Watch What Happens Live” with Andy Cohen in May. He explained, “As long as I haven’t mended myself and reached my desired state, I can’t provide what she needs.”
In July, the 45-year-old entered treatment for mental health struggles.
