As a seasoned movie buff with over three decades of binge-watching fantasy series under my belt, let me tell you, the latest teaser for The Wheel of Time‘s third season has sent shivers down my spine! The dramatic landscapes, the swords, and the sorcery are all reminiscent of a bygone era in television fantasy.
An initial sneak peek at the third installment of popular fantasy series, The Wheel of Time, has been released. This preview also discloses the air dates for the upcoming episodes.
After the one-minute preview unveiled at CCXP24 in São Paulo, we learn that Season 3 is set to premiere on Prime Video on the 13th of March, 2025. This is approximately fifteen months following the conclusion of Season 2.
In the preview, filled with swords, magic, and breathtaking scenery typical of the show, Rosamund Pike’s character Moiraine cautions: “I have glimpsed countless futures. In all the ones where I existed, Rand perishes. The only way he survives is if I don’t.

In addition to Pike, other actors who will be back for season 3 include Daniel Henney, Josha Stradowski, Zoë Robins, Madeleine Madden, Marcus Rutherford, Dónal Finn, Ceara Coveney, Kate Fleetwood, Natasha O’Keefe, Ayoola Smart, and Kae Alexander.
Following the defeat of Ishamael at the conclusion of season 2, Rand rejoins his companions in Falme where he’s proclaimed as the reborn dragon.
As Rand’s connections to his earlier life weaken and his tainted authority gains strength, he gradually transforms into an almost unidentifiable figure for his dearest friends, Moiraine and Egwene.
