As a devoted fan, I can’t contain my excitement as I eagerly anticipate the return of Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte on our screens for the third season of And Just Like That! Alongside Seema, Lisa, Anthony, and an array of other beloved characters, they’ll be basking in the sunny days of New York City this summer.

In the recent set of episodes, Carrie and Aidan are attempting to keep their relationship going despite the distance. Meanwhile, she’s working on a fresh book project – this time, it’s a non-fiction piece, which brings her distinctive storytelling voice back into play to help us understand the events.

According to Michael Patrick King, speaking with TV Insider, this story picks up from the lives of characters you’ve come to know, some for a long time and others for only two years.

Fresh additions to the cast are Dolly Wells playing Joy, as well as the renowned Patti LuPone from Broadway and Agatha All Along, who has yet to reveal her character’s name. Many viewers who prefer Carrie single might exclaim, ‘That’s enough!’ On the other hand, some may empathize, recognizing that when you care for someone, their loved ones become part of the package.

However, he made it clear that he doesn’t want to overly distress viewers, implying a quick wrap-up, regardless of the outcome. In the third season teaser, it seems like one of Carrie’s new neighbors shows affection for her. Could this grow into a deeper relationship?

In other places, Miranda works as a lawyer for Human Rights Watch, juggling the LGBTQ+ dating world post-breakup with Che; Charlotte, having returned to the art world last season, continues her professional journey; Lisa remains dedicated to her documentary projects; and Seema ends things with Ravi due to his career overpowering their relationship, providing her an opportunity to date again, although she’s not particularly enthusiastic about it.
