To find this, head west from the shops in Claviger’s Landing. Stand in front of the wooden stairs leading up to the Lighthouse and face it, then look to your left. Here, next to the small wooden structure with a white awning, you’ll find the Paradisan Ladder. It’s right in front of the big palm tree.

Face away from Grinning Balarok and turn left, then go up the stairs. Here, you’ll see a corpse with an Aedyran Soldier nearby who gives you a quest. Jump down behind them and proceed through the corridor-like area. You’ll find the Paradisan Ladder to the right of a breakable wall.
Start next to the Aedyran Embassy building. South of this building, you’ll find Ofryc, a character who gives you a quest. With Ofryc on your right, go up the stairs ahead. Turn right and use the wooden platform next to the stone basin to climb onto the roof. Once on the roof, move left toward the barrels, then jump down and head south to find the Paradisan Ladder.
If you head north from the location where you found the previous Paradisan Ladder and burn the spider web here, you’ll reach the Derelict Garden. If you open the door to the north and turn left, descending the wooden platforms, you’ll find a large spider cave. On your map, this area is marked as Ruinous Cave. Once inside, progress further, and after descending the slope, if you look to the left at the place where you first fought the spiders, you’ll see a Paradisan Ladder next to a broken column.

It is in the same location as the previous two Paradisan Ladders, but to find this one, you must defeat Nacib, the spider boss at the end of the Ruinous Cave. You’ll find it on one of the ledges in the boss fight area.
Start from the area of Derelict Garden where you fought the spiders, then proceed through the door to the north. Keep going straight without deviating anywhere. After progressing a bit and approaching the waterfall, you will find the Paradisan Ladder along your path.

Climb the stairs here, turn left, and head to the end of the balcony. Jump down from the balcony, and you will find the Paradisan Ladder.
To find this Paradisan Ladder, teleport to Northern Farms Beacon. Then cross the bridge to the south and head northeast. You will see two people, Blyth and Astol, crouched on the ground working. Pass them and continue towards the waterfall. You will find it before entering the water.
