You can find it relatively early during your gameplay, though I’d advise waiting until you acquire a horse for the journey, as it may be quite lengthy on foot. To reach Semine, travel along the main road leading southwest from Troskowitz. While you might visit Semine early in the game, you will eventually end up there due to the main storyline progression.

The Easter egg is along the tree line on the southwest corner of the field.

To reach your destination swiftly, pull over near the roadside campsite and search for a set of stairs that ascend and separate from a log pile.

Enter the forest at the top where the stairs end and a dirt trail leads left.

Venture a brief distance into the forest, search for a fallen tree near some large boulders. The tree will be found standing over a tiny, mucky pool.

Take a short stroll into the woods and keep an eye out for a decayed tree by some big rocks. You’ll spot it towering above a small, mud-filled puddle.

Underneath the towering tree near the water’s edge, I find myself gazing upon an eerie sight: a half-submerged skeleton, armed only with two swords, a pair of briefs, and a pot perched precariously on its skull. The poppies blooming from its torso are a chilling reminder of the Scarlet Rot that once claimed Malenia’s life.

This monument may be solemn, yet it honors the brave online combatant. Regardless if they rescued you in Elden Ring or not, make sure to explore the hidden tribute when you pass by that location.
