As a seasoned gamer with decades of gaming under my belt, I must say that the announcement of the PS5 Pro at a whopping $700 is enough to give me palpitations. I remember when I bought my first PlayStation One back in ’96 for a mere $299 – a price tag that seems like a dream now.
Just a step after unveiling “Astro Bot”, Sony recently disclosed that the PS5 Pro is set to debut in November, priced at an impressive $700. Unsurprisingly, this high price tag has sparked significant criticism, mainly due to the lack of compelling reasons given by PlayStation for why consumers should invest in this console.
