Grygorovych pointed out that more updates and possibly story extensions might be introduced later on, but the team opted to keep the 2024 launch date due to their extreme fatigue after numerous intense work periods, referred to as “marathon” crunch sessions. They wanted to ensure the game was top-notch without pushing back the release again.
Grygorovych described it as challenging to articulate your mental condition during an extended, intense work phase that lasted for several months leading up to the game’s launch. She mentioned that for us and our team, the key aspect is seeing some individuals in Ukraine experiencing more joy now compared to before the game was launched. By creating this game, we aimed to make a positive impact on our homeland.
