Despite the fact that their children, Sean Preston Federline (born September 14) and Jayden James Federline (born September 12), are now adults, the singer who made “…Baby One More Time” is anticipated to carry on making payments to her ex-husband Kevin Federline, as agreed in their settlement.
It is expected that she will continue to offer financial aid until Jayden completes his high school education. As attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan clarified, this ongoing support stems from the specifics of California’s legal framework.
“Child support jurisdiction continues until the minor child reaches the age of 18, or if upon their 18th birthday they have not yet graduated high school, it continues until they graduate high school,” he told People in Sept. 13 statement, “but in no event later than their 19th birthday.”
In this situation, the payments for Jayden’s child support are being made according to the applicable laws. He is expected to graduate from high school in November.

Despite a strained family dynamic, the 42-year-old woman openly expresses her deep affection for her sons.

This post followed the news that Jayden and Sean would be moving to Hawaii with their father and his family, which includes Victoria Prince, Sean’s stepmother, and their two small daughters.
