Why RHOM’s Alexia Nepola Got Back With Ex-Husband Todd

Alexia Nepola is still feeling the heat with Todd Nepola.

Approximately a year and a half since Todd astonished Bravo spectators by filing for divorce from The Real Housewives of Miami star, after only two years of marriage, Alexia disclosed the actual cause for reconciling with her former spouse after their short-lived separation.

In an exclusive interview with Will Marfuggi from TopMob News, the 58-year-old individual shared, “It was a matter of love.” He added, “There wasn’t anything specific that ended it. He believed he could move on, no longer live with me, file for divorce, and forget about me. But things didn’t go as planned. He couldn’t stop loving me and let go, and I experienced the same feelings towards him. It was not over yet.” (Be sure to catch more of our conversation with Alexia on TopMob News tonight at 11 p.m.)

In the debut of Season 7 of RHOM on June 11, the reality personality disclosed that Todd had unexpectedly left their shared residence while she was away during the day, relocating to an apartment he’d leased a month earlier without her knowledge.

She pondered, realizing the event unfolded unexpectedly. I’m convinced he would’ve preferred a different approach, but unfortunately, that’s the manner in which it transpired, and that’s the image we’re left with.

As viewers eagerly anticipate watching the unfolding story of their divorce and reunion, Alexia openly shared that it was incredibly difficult to capture these moments on screen.

She admitted it was challenging for her to express her feelings for the man she cherishes and wishes to be with. However, during such a trying time, she found immense strength in the presence of her friends who offered unwavering support. She believes that overcoming difficulties like these can only be achieved through the love, support, and guidance provided by friends and family.

However, while some of her co-stars expressed doubts about her choice to reignite the relationship, Alexia is choosing to disregard the skeptics.

Or,

Although a few of her fellow actors questioned her decision to rekindle the romance, Alexia isn’t taking notice of the doubters.

As she noted, “Now, I have to worry about me and what’s best for me.”

As one devoted follower, I often ponder about how my siblings, Peter, age 32, and Frankie, age 28, may be feeling about our mother rekindling a relationship with the person who once caused her pain. It’s a complex emotion to gauge, but their well-being is of utmost importance to me.

She explained to TopMob that they choose not to meddle because she believes it wouldn’t benefit them. She has always maintained a wonderful bond with her sons that remains independent. As a Cuban mother, she feels she shouldn’t intrude in his personal affairs, but at the same time, he should respect her own privacy. This dynamic has been consistent throughout the years, and what her children truly desire is for her to remain healthy and content, just as she wishes the same for them.

Especially after Frankie’s near-fatal car accident in 2011 that left him with partial brain damage.

She remarked, “Our family has faced numerous difficulties, hurdles, and trials,” she said. “We are entitled to be content, however that happiness manifests. They respond, ‘You can do it, mom. Whatever you choose, we’re behind you and we endorse your decisions.’ I have their approval. That’s the kind of bond and unwavering love I share with my boys.

I learned directly that Todd won’t grace our screens this season due to the turbulence in our personal circumstances. (Alexia shared this information)

She mentioned that you’d meet him, and it’s clear that he won’t appreciate the program since Todd isn’t a fan of it. After all, it’s well-known that he dislikes the show.

Or,

She informed you that you’d encounter him, and it’s evident that he won’t enjoy the performance as Todd doesn’t care for it. In fact, everyone knows he despises the program.

In the meantime, keep reading for TopMob’s definitive ranking of every Housewife ever.

Bravo’s unsuccessful endeavor to showcase our country’s capital introduced four women who, if you didn’t remember them, it would be understandable – their names are Mary Amons, Lynda Erkiletian, Cat Ommanney, and Stacie Scott Turner. However, there was one woman so eager for the spotlight that she managed to crash a party at the White House. We’ll delve deeper into her story later on.

Who?

Vaguely familiar, but…

Once upon a time, DeShawn starred on the same TV show as NeNe Leakes. Surprising, we know.

This one-season Housewife brought nothing to the Orange County table.

Utah’s second season Housewife, Jennie, ended her tenure in an unfortunate manner. Last January 2022, she was dismissed following the reemergence of her past offensive and racially insensitive Facebook posts. In due course, Jennie expressed her apologies, but the harm had already been inflicted.

Her defining trait was “cougar.”

During season 16, the Orange County doctor was not a fountain of drama. Her temporary marital issues with her seemingly perpetually shirtless husband, Ryne (or perhaps Ryan), were far from captivating. However, who could forget Dr. Jen’s wild night of overindulgence in wine at the Dubrows’ incredibly awkward yet entertaining dinner party?

In simpler terms, the initial period for the nurse anesthetist was marred by a highly embarrassing incident, which we sincerely hope will not recur, and it came to be known as “Esophagus-gate.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I take great pride in sharing my charitable endeavors, but it seems my on-screen presence might not reflect the same level of commitment. I’ve been known to make a grand entrance, only to step back and contribute minimally, much like a guest who overstays their welcome without truly engaging. Early departures from cast trips, unfortunately, are a misstep in the realm of Housewives etiquette.

During her two seasons as a regular Housewife, Charrisse’s marital issues became quite prominent… Beyond these marital troubles, her champagne room is another notable aspect of her time on the show.

A one-and-done Housewife, Shamari was at least fun?

In season 12, it was refreshing to have Peggy, a new character, added to the predominantly white Orange County cast. However, as the season progressed, Peggy became a source of frustration due to her peculiar choice of conflicts and misunderstandings arising from others’ use of words she didn’t comprehend. Her behavior during the Iceland trip, where she isolated herself in her room for an entire day, further highlighted that perhaps she wasn’t suited for the dynamic of the Real Housewives.

Instead of forming a connection with her Nigerian co-star Wendy Osefo during season eight, Nneka’s initial storyline primarily revolved around an allegation she reportedly made against Wendy’s mother, accusing her of being a witch (incredibly, this was the case). It’s a pity we didn’t get to see them bond over their shared heritage instead of engaging in conflicts without resolution.

In the 16th season, Noella whirled around like a whirlwind of frenetic enthusiasm. Although her individual challenges (her husband, James, abandoned the country and requested a divorce just before filming began) added an intriguing element, it was her ongoing conflicts with Heather Dubrow that prevented her from sinking too low in the rankings. With additional time and another season, we might grow fond of Noella Bergener.

In the first season, she was known as a peacemaker, but by her second and final season, she went from constant complaints about a tossed cake and unwarranted accusations of anti-Semitism – it’s hard to recall a more dramatic decline in reputation on “Real Housewives” than this.

Everything that Amber and her spouse, Jim, appeared to do carried an air of frantic urgency. Moreover, it seemed like Jim found himself entangled more in the unfolding events compared to Amber. It’s not a positive impression.

What stands out about Karen is primarily her profession as a dentist, and it appeared as if none of her colleagues held her in high regard. Moving on…

This was a real person with a show on Bravo. We promise.

Among the relatively short-term cast members on “RHONY,” Jules didn’t stay long enough for a top spot. Nevertheless, she certainly provided plenty of dramatic moments during her time there.

So unnecessary they couldn’t even get individual taglines.

Similar to Sara Al Madani, Nina embodied a multi-faceted, accomplished Arab woman who skillfully merged contemporary lifestyle with age-old cultural customs. She managed to steer clear of the majority of season one’s dramas and at times found herself overshadowed by her co-stars whose larger-than-life personas dominated the scene.

Taleen proved to be a valuable asset during the second season of RHODubai, however, with just a single season under evaluation, it’s challenging to make definitive conclusions about her performance.

From season 11 and 12 of “America’s Next Top Model,” the long-time contestant was associated with a peach, yet failed to leave a significant mark within the realm of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” apart from being pregnant for a considerable period during her tenure. However, she did earn points for her memorable read of Marlo Hampton while in Tokyo.

As an ardent fan, I’ve learned that it often takes multiple seasons to truly rank a new Housewife. However, Katie in the 18th season of RHOC was no ordinary newcomer. She didn’t back down from taking on veteran Housewife Heather Dubrow. It takes real guts to challenge someone as esteemed as Ms. Fancypants, and Katie showed she had that courage right off the bat!

Sara’s optimistic, insightful perspective on life was generally enjoyable, yet lacked much excitement (except for the occasion when she shared questionable parenting advice with co-star Caroline Brooks). Nevertheless, this tech entrepreneur broke down barriers about what it signifies to be a contemporary Muslim woman in the Middle East, and for that, we salute her.

In the 13th season of “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” the newcomers seemed to embody the stereotypical Jersey Housewife, engaging in a prolonged squabble over trivial matters that even Andy Cohen deemed senseless during the reunion. Sadly, these once-friends failed to add much depth or significance throughout season 14.

In the initial season, Larsa didn’t leave a strong impact before departing the show. When RHOM returned for its fourth season in 2021 on Peacock, however, her narrative shifted significantly to revolve around her former friendship with Kim Kardashian and her involvement with OnlyFans by selling suggestive foot photos. (In simpler terms, Larsa didn’t make a big impact in the first season before leaving, but when RHOM came back for season four on Peacock in 2021, her story became all about her friendship with Kim Kardashian and her use of OnlyFans to sell revealing foot pictures.)

After spending a season as a Bravo celebrity, she participated in season 12 of ‘Next Food Network Star’ in the year 2016. However, she was unsuccessful in that competition too.

Unfortunately, Brandi Glanville often treated her harshly, and her catchphrase, boasting the unsettling idea that one can never be too thin, was distasteful.
