Here’s how I went about it: Initially, I sought out KU-Cass, who can be found right in the heart of the Tethys Hub, nestled in the Black Shores Archipelago. This encounter is part of the exciting “Retro Game Collector” side quest.
Engage in conversation with KU-Cass and propose to supply him with KU-Cass Cartridges. You can acquire these cartridges by moving forward with the main storyline for the region. This means that you will have enough to elevate your Data Hub to Level 1 as soon as you initially encounter KU-Cass.
As an alternative, you can acquire KU-Cass Cartridges by accomplishing tasks within the area, including Yhoran’s Strategic Challenges.
After completing that task, head towards the area north of the TD Observatory located within the Black Shores Archipelago. That’s where you can find the Hedgepuff. To counteract this, consider bringing characters that have excellent mobility to dodge these irritating bubble attacks effectively.
Successfully defeat the Hedgepuff, and you’ll conquer its challenge for the “Stars Slumber” event in Wuthering Waves. Alongside completing the challenge, you’ll receive 3 Supply Chests as a reward, along with the “Giant Balloon” trophy. Quite an achievement for subduing such a wild pufferfish, don’t you think?
