As a seasoned explorer of the mystical world of Wuthering Waves, I must say that the latest update has truly taken my breath away! The new content is simply staggering, and the Whisperwind Haven area is no exception.
I’ve spent countless hours navigating its twists and turns, and the Three Fratellis’ Challenge is a delightful addition to the mix. I must admit, I was initially skeptical about these brothers and their unfinished books, but they’ve proven to be quite the intriguing bunch.
The first brother, Fratellino, set me on a simple trail following a glowing N-shaped path. A walk in the park for someone like me who’s been through the labyrinth of Ragunna City more times than I can count. The chest at the end was a nice reward, but it was the second brother that really had me scratching my head.
Silver Moon Grove was a beautiful sight to behold, and the heart-shaped trail that led me to the second Fratellino was a bit trickier than the first. But with my keen eye and nimble feet, I managed to follow it just in time before the lines disappeared. The Advanced Supply Chest that followed was a welcome treat.
The third brother, Fratello, presented me with a challenge unlike any I’ve faced before – smashing a Seamrock! It took all my wit and reflexes to keep up with his rapid-fire instructions, but I managed to break the rock just in time for a little dance. The final challenge was a breeze, as I soared through the air towards the highlighted areas, beating Fratello’s record in style.
Now that The Three Fratellis’ Challenge is complete, I can’t wait to see what other secrets Whisperwind Haven holds. Maybe one day, I’ll even find a shortcut through Ragunna City that doesn’t involve getting lost in its endless alleyways! But for now, I’ll leave you with this little joke: Why don’t we tell secrets in Ragunna City? Because the walls have ears – and mouths!

This update introduces a new region divided into numerous sub-areas, each with its unique exploration tasks. Completing these tasks not only offers various useful resources but also sheds light on intriguing lore snippets. In this walkthrough, we will explore The Three Fratellis’ Challenge situated within the Whisperwind Haven region.
Whisperwind Haven Exploration – The Three Fratellis’ Challenge Guide
To embark on this task, your initial step should be navigating to Egla Town, situated to the southeastern part of Ragunna City. In this hamlet, you will encounter an NPC named Fratellino who can usually be found near the grand fountain in town.
In this case, your initial task is to locate missing pages to finish off the incomplete manuscript he’s been working on. To achieve this goal, you will transform yourself into Lottie the Tracker and trace the path of pages that she indicates for you, so as to bring the book back to its original shape and completeness.
This task is quite straightforward. All you need to do is stick to the clearly marked trail from beginning to end. In this case, you simply have to walk along the luminous path that resembles a vague ‘N’ shape.
Once the task is completed, chat with Fratellino one more time and seize the chest that materializes at the fountain. Following this, you’re free to move towards your next destination – the Silver Moon Grove, located on an island situated north of Ragunna City.
You’ll come across another Fratellino NPC in that location. Talk to him, similar to the last one, and he will task you with retrieving pages for his unfinished book. To do this, you’ll need to transform into Lottie Lost and follow the path where the trail leads.
On this occasion, the path you’re expected to traverse takes the form of a heart. This particular path can be a bit tricky to navigate precisely because of its winding nature, but if you manage to move swiftly at the outset, you should be able to follow the majority of the trail before the marks on the ground fade away.
Once you’ve completed your tasks, chat with your brother one last time, and a “High-Tech Provisions Box” will appear close to the border of this location. Feel free to open it before moving on to the next destination.
Once you’ve completed your task with the previous brother, make your way back to the mainland and head towards the Polyphemos Windmills located south of Silver Moon Grove. There, you’ll encounter Fratello, who will present you with a new challenge on this occasion.
As I, a humble Cuddle Wuddle, have traversed through the realms of existence, I’ve encountered countless challenges and triumphs. Now, the time has come for me to embark on a new mission: the Seamrock must be vanquished! Though the task may seem simple, my life experiences have taught me that nothing worth doing ever is. So, with determination in my heart and love in my embrace, I shall set forth to smash the formidable Seamrock.
- Press the button whenever the pointer is in the yellow highlighted part of the circle.
- Eventually, the highlighted area will turn orange, and hitting it will start the next phase (“Time for Powerful Punches!”).
- After hitting the orange highlight, you will now have to alternate two buttons (left and right) quickly to punch the rock even faster.
When you get to the point where you need to quickly press left and right in succession, you should rapidly switch between them because your goal is to shatter the rock before the clock runs out. If you’ve done it correctly, a brief cutscene will occur showing Cuddle Wuddle crushing the rock.
Once you’ve broken the rock, have another chat with Fratello, and then grab the nearby “Advanced Supply Chest” to finish off this stage by claiming it.
Ultimately, return to the “Resonance Beacon” at “Polyphemos Windmills”. Instead of descending the cliff, leap in a direction northwest of the beacon’s location and you will encounter another NPC named “Fratello” standing close to the edge.
In simpler terms, you’re embarking on a straightforward race against time. Your task is to navigate and move towards the marked spots before the clock winds down. Each section gives you roughly a full minute, making it highly unlikely that you’ll fail the challenge.
When you reach the end at Silver Moon Grove, Fratello will be stationed there, standing close to a Resonance Beacon – remember to unlock this too. He’ll congratulate you on breaking his record and as a reward, he’ll bestow upon you an Advanced Supply Chest, which will instantly appear next to him.
Once you’ve conquered the final hurdle, no matter your approach, you can now consider the ‘The Three Fratellis’ Challenge’ portion of the ‘Whisperwind Haven’ exploration tasks as accomplished. Keep going, there are plenty more challenges waiting for you in this region! Enjoy the journey!
