WWE: Is Raquel Rodriguez Aligning with Judgment Day at Bad Blood the Right Call?

WWE: Is Raquel Rodriguez Aligning with Judgment Day at Bad Blood the Right Call?

As a longtime wrestling enthusiast who has witnessed countless battles and twists of fate, I must say that the latest Women’s World Championship match between Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan was nothing short of captivating. The suspense was palpable as Dom Mysterio tried to interfere from his shark cage perch, only to end up hanging upside down like a forgotten bat decoration.

Rhea Ripley finally got her hands on her current biggest rival Liv Morgan during their Women’s World Championship match. Dominik Mysterio was shoved into a shark cage that dangled high above the ring to prevent him from interfering in their match. Of course that didn’t stop him as he sneakily opened the door however he leaned so far over that he fell out of the cage and hung upside down. Ripley took great pleasure in watching him scream and squirm but as Morgan has always proclaimed, she’s once again one step ahead of Ripley. A hooded Raquel Rodriguez appeared and attacked Ripley, choking her out and seemingly aligning with Judgment Day.

For several months, Raquel has been away from WWE due to personal health issues that significantly affected her wrestling capabilities. Before her absence, she was on a winning streak, but since February, she hasn’t stepped into the ring for a match. It was evident during this year’s Elimination Chamber that she was in discomfort. However, it seems like she has managed her health better now. With Ripley leaving Judgment Day, there was a need to reinforce the team with more female muscle, and who could be a better fit than Rodriguez, given her close friendship with Ripley?

After settling my latest rivalry with Ripley, I can’t help but wonder: what’s next for me in the wrestling world? This entire journey has been about stripping Ripley of everything – the title, her partner Dom, even her Judgment Day family. Now that I have it all, I find myself questioning the purpose of my reign as Women’s champion on the red brand. It seems that I rarely defend this championship, and even this victory wasn’t entirely decisive since I retained by disqualification. So, where do I go from here? What new challenges await me in the wrestling ring?

If the events are replayed following this, it would be utterly puzzling for Ripley to lose yet again. For Morgan, there are plenty of women who could catch her interest next. However, Dom’s part in the dispute hasn’t been beneficial, as the focus has mainly shifted towards him rather than the championship itself. Instead, it seems that Ripley should prioritize reclaiming the title she was compelled to relinquish over focusing on her previous screen partner.
