Giulia maintained pressure by holding firm, aiming to prevent Vaquer from executing any maneuvers, and she skillfully thwarted one of Vaquer’s attempts to regain momentum by using one of Vaquer’s signature moves against her. Vaquer managed to recover with a pair of knee strikes in the corner, and then retaliated against Giulia with a similar move in the center of the ring for a pin attempt, but Giulia managed to survive the onslaught.

In the match, Vaquer ascended to the top, only for Giulia to intercept and perform a powerful Superplex. Regrettably, Giulia failed to make use of this opportunity, allowing Vaquer to regain her footing. Next, Giulia executed a side suplex and followed up with a slam, but Vaquer managed to kick out before the count could reach three. A punch to the head was landed on Vaquer, but she skillfully dodged a subsequent kick and retaliated with a Dragon Screw in the corner.

Initially, Vaquer executed the finisher move, attempting a pin on Giulia, but she managed to kick out just in time. Instead of being defeated by the Spinal Tap, Giulia responded with a Triangle Submission, which Vaquer narrowly escaped by reaching the ropes to break free. Despite Giulia’s Arrivederci knee strike, Vaquer refused to stay down. After delivering a couple of superkicks, Vaquer struck with the finisher once more. Determined and resilient, Vaquer hit the SVB for a third time, finally securing the victory over Giulia and claiming the NXT Women’s Championship, while also retaining her NXT Women’s North American Championship.

This strongly suggests that Giulia might have sustained an injury, which explains why her vs Vaquer Championship match was moved up in the schedule earlier than expected. Previously, it was reported that one of the stars was dealing with an injury and would be absent for some time.
