WWE Reportedly Signs International Star to NXT

WWE Reportedly Signs International Star to NXT

As a long-time wrestling fan and someone who has followed Delta Brady’s career closely in Riot City Wrestling (RCW), I am beyond thrilled about her recent signing with WWE and upcoming debut in NXT.

It seems that the WWE NXT Women’s Division is set to welcome another notable talent soon. This year, WWE signed Stardom standout Giulia, who has already appeared on NXT TV at a pay-per-view event. More recently, CMLL sensation Stephanie Vaquer was added to the roster and made her debut during WWE’s Mexican live event. Both women are anticipated to make their NXT debuts soon, joining them is Delta Brady, an Australian star who has reportedly signed with WWE and will be joining NXT in the near future. With a talented roster that only grew after the WWE draft moved several superstars to Raw and SmackDown, the NXT Women’s Division boasts an impressive lineup of athletes.

Who Is Delta Brady?

WWE Reportedly Signs International Star to NXT

For several years, Brady has been a wrestler with Riot City Wrestling (RCW). She made her first appearance there in 2021. Over time, she managed to claim both the RCW Women’s Championship and the RCW Championship titles. After winning these two championships, RCW merged them into the RCW Grand Championship in early this year. Shortly following the establishment of this new title, Brady was then recruited by WWE.

Based on the findings of the report, Brady left a strong impression on WWE executives during the Elimination Chamber tryouts and subsequently received an offer for a contract. However, she didn’t officially sign until February, allowing her to fulfill her remaining engagements in Australia first. The exact date for Brady’s debut on NXT is currently uncertain, but it was mentioned that she is scheduled to relocate to the US this month. Therefore, we may be looking forward to witnessing her NXT debut sooner rather than later.

Delta Week

During his last days in Australia, Brady attended RCW’s Delta Week, honoring his career in Riot City Wrestling before participating in his final Australian match at RCW: Heavy is the Crown. This event unexpectedly transformed into a No Holds Barred match. Delta faced off against Brady in a moving and violent contest that appears to have concluded her initial storyline, as she now seems poised to begin her tenure with WWE.

On Instagram, RCW posted: “For the next seven days, we’ll reminisce on Instagram about the impressive career of @delta_prowrestler in Riot City Wrestling before her final match in Australia. We’ll share some of her most memorable moments and lesser-known gems from her time as a RCW Grand Champion!”

In looking back at our gaming journey, I’ll start with snaps of DELTA’s first appearance at the 2021 @beerandbbqfest. Although I went head-to-head against some tough male opponents from the RCW lineup during this event, my goal was clear: I aimed for the Women’s Championship title right from the start, marking the beginning of an impressive winning streak!
