WWE Reveals Who Jey Uso Will Face at WrestleMania 41

On this Monday Night Raw, WWE initiated the show with Main Event Jey Uso’s energetic entrance, always effective in igniting the crowd’s excitement. The spectators eagerly asked for more, but their wish was prematurely halted by the WWE Heavyweight Champion Gunther, who assaulted Jey and hurled him onto the announce table several times before being summoned back by Jey. Although temporarily incapacitated, Jey didn’t let that stop him from challenging Gunther to a face-off at WrestleMania 41, making the first of two Royal Rumble victors for the year’s most significant event.

It’s clear that Gunther wasn’t thrilled about Jey rejoicing with the spectators, and he didn’t seem to appreciate their cheers for Jey either. In a fit of anger, Gunther forcefully pushed Jey onto the commentary table twice, then yelled insults at him as he stormed off towards the backstage area.

With security trying to hold him back, Jey managed to get close enough to snatch a microphone and address Gunther. “Gunther,” he called out, hesitating, “I might not even say this, but if the opportunity arises, it could be us squaring off at WrestleMania.

Throughout the entire encounter, Gunther hurled insults at Jey, calling him names like “clown” and questioning his worthiness, but Jey remained unfazed. Despite this verbal abuse, Jey decided to select Gunther for his WrestleMania Championship match. It seems Gunther may not view Jey as a formidable opponent, yet it makes no difference in the grand scheme of things because Jey has now secured that opportunity.

Only one decision remains for the Rumble winner announcement, determining Charlotte Flair’s WrestleMania adversary. In a dramatic turn of events, Flair managed to defeat Roxanne Perez in the final moments to secure the Rumble victory. Now, Flair must decide between the Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley or Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton as her WrestleMania opponent. Notably, she has previously encountered both in face-to-face encounters.

Between the two contenders, Ripley and Flair boast the most backstory, given that Ripley unexpectedly lost to Flair for the NXT Championship, only to later overthrow Ripley during WrestleMania. Stratton is relatively new as a champion but can certainly leverage her experience when facing off against Flair, who has long been on her list of desired opponents.
