Tonight’s NXT show brought excitement to fans with a gripping main event and unexpected twists. Among these surprises, a beloved group, Meta-Four, faced an unfortunate dissolution. In the episode, Noam Dar emerged with his newly won Heritage Cup, accompanied shortly by Oro Mensah, Jakara Jackson, and Lash Legend. The quartet is collectively known as Meta-Four. Dar proposed a reunion upon his return from injury, but this was not to be. Instead, Legend initiated a conversation that eventually led to the dismantling of the faction, which also signified the separation of Jackson and Legend as a duo. This turn of events was certainly surprising; for the full video of the split, see below.
Following their backstage reunion, the team joyously celebrated Dar’s Heritage Cup victory. At this point, Dar expressed his gratitude towards Miss Jackson and hinted at a potential reunion by asking, “Thank you so much, Miss Jackson, but I’m thinking…time for a reunion?” While Mensah seemed eager, Legend appeared displeased suddenly, suggesting they all needed to have a serious discussion. This marked the end of the hopes for a reunion.
Say it ain’t so!
Is this the end of Meta-Four as we know it?! #WWENXT

Ever since you’ve been away, Noam, quite a bit has shifted. I was part of the Royal Rumble, and Jakara and I even made a mark in Saudi. We had a shot at the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships too. As for Oro, he’s been making waves in Evolve, but truthfully, he’s always been your right-hand man. Now is his time to shine on Evolve. And as for Miss Jackson, my sister, it’s high time you took action. As for me, it’s about time I unleash my potential and make a statement.
Dar appeared disheartened but still managed to grasp her perspective. “You’re right, Lash. The uniqueness of this group lies in its attention to individual requirements. If parting ways is what it takes for us to shine as the stars we truly are, then that seems like the best course of action.
They celebrated one final time together, then parted ways. Dar conveyed to the Heritage Cup that it was just them once more. Mensah will persist in competing on Evolve, while Dar aims to retain his Heritage Cup on NXT. However, Jackson and Legend remain enigmas regarding their future plans.
What struck many viewers was the fact that Legends and Jacksons were parting ways as a duo within this section. As Legend himself pointed out, they’ve been two of the standout NXT stars for the past year, and their frequent main roster appearances have garnered them high praise. These accolades even secured them a spot in the match in Saudi Arabia, where they continued to shine.
Initially, there was a widespread belief among fans that the duo would remain a tag team on either Raw or SmackDown once they ascended to the main roster. However, it appears their future may not involve teamwork as previously thought. A move to the main roster for both seems imminent, but the timing is uncertain. It’s also possible that Legend and Jackson might stay in NXT to pursue individual titles since they are no longer a team. We can only speculate for now, but it seems the Meta-Four era in WWE has come to an end.
