WWE’s Braun Strowman Suffers Bloody Beatdown on Saturday Night’s Main Event

On Saturday night’s headlining showcase, several high-profile fights were scheduled, and one of the most eagerly awaited bouts was between two titans: Braun Strowman and Jacob Fatu. Intriguingly, these two heavyweights had never squared off against each other in a one-on-one matchup before, with Strowman being among the rare individuals capable of challenging Fatu. However, the outcome was far from favorable for Strowman, as the contest eventually ended in a disqualification. In the ensuing chaos, Fatu unleashed a merciless assault on Strowman, resulting in visible nosebleeds and potential internal injuries to his ribs.

Initially, the match progressed smoothly, but then Fatu began to accelerate, repeatedly propelling Strowman into the corner turnbuckle. From that point on, things took a turn for the worse for Strowman, as Fatu delivered successive slams against the corner, brutally ramming Strowman’s face against the turnbuckle over and over again.

Additionally, he intended to remove the referee, which ultimately resulted in the game being declared a forfeit. However, Fatu was far from finished; he exited the ring to retrieve a chair, only to encounter Nick Aldis and numerous officials when he returned. Determined, Fatu hurled the chair at security personnel. Despite the increasing number of officials intervening, Fatu persisted.

Afterward, Fatu leaped from the top rope, performing a dangerous moonsault onto Strowman, worsening his wounds. Tama Tonga accompanied him out of the ring as medical staff assessed Strowman, but Fatu returned and executed another moonsault on an already bleeding and injured Strowman within the ring. Eventually, Fatu exited the ring for good, allowing medical personnel to tend to Strowman and begin addressing his injuries.

The outcome for Strowman remains unclear as he was seen with significant nosebleeds, and it seemed like he was bleeding from his mouth at one instance too. Repeatedly slamming one’s head into a turnbuckle can cause such injuries, and we sincerely hope that he recovers swiftly and is back on his feet soon.

Regarding Fatu, recent events serve to underscore his ruthless and dangerous nature, whether he’s partnered with Solo Sikoa or not. At the moment, Sikoa has yet to make an appearance, so it’s just Fatu and Tonga working together as a duo until their much-anticipated showdown occurs.

It’s possible that Fatu will join the fray in the upcoming Rumble match, and if he does, it could lead to significant changes during the event. On the other hand, Strowman was previously expected to be part of the Rumble match, but his recent injuries cast doubt on this. However, with Strowman, there’s always a chance he might return to sabotage Fatu’s victory, so we’ll have to wait and see.
