In a recent interview on Good Morning Football, Seth Rollins didn’t mince words when discussing Hogan’s reception, expressing his honest opinion without reservation.
When asked about the response from the crowd towards Hogan, Rollins expressed that he believes people should receive what they deserve. In his opinion, Hulk Hogan being booed is an example of this principle. If you’re getting jeered by the audience, there’s likely a reason for it.
Rollins remarked, “I’m unsure if Hulk fully comprehends the extent of it, but it’s satisfying to see people reap what they sow. I enjoy witnessing this, and let me tell you, I’ve always appreciated Hulk for introducing me to professional wrestling. He played a significant role in my passion for this field, something I will never forget. His contributions to our industry are unforgettable.
Rollins commented, “I believe he should acknowledge certain responsibilities that he hasn’t done so far. Perhaps, once he understands this fully, he can progress with our fans. We’ll have to wait and see.
After his debut on Raw, Hulk Hogan hasn’t made a live appearance since, but he was prominently showcased during the early promotions for the second Saturday Night’s Main Event on NBC. Additionally, WWE has collaborated with Hogan on the Real American Beer brand, which was recently unveiled this year.
Regarding Hogan’s perspective on the incident, he proposes two primary hypotheses, and moreover, he shares how he might have responded differently if not affiliated with the Real American Beer brand and faced similar audience feedback.
