As a lifelong WWE fan and someone who has seen the rise and fall of numerous superstars, I must say that the recent developments in NXT Women’s Division have me absolutely thrilled! The return of Cora Jade and the debut of Stephanie Vaquer alongside Giulia were truly unexpected and electrifying moments.
For the second week of its CW premiere, WWE NXT was buzzing in St. Louis, and the Women’s Division delivered one of the night’s biggest shocks. Last week, fans had been eagerly awaiting the title clash between Roxanne Perez and Giulia for the NXT Women’s Championship, but the match ended with an unexpected twist when Cora Jade made her sudden comeback. Both Jade and Perez addressed the NXT audience about their surprising reunion. Meanwhile, Giulia returned to the scene, but she wasn’t on her own. The crowd was taken aback when Stephanie Vaquer made her first appearance in NXT live, joining forces with Giulia. Together, they chased Perez and Jade out of the ring and even hinted at a possible confrontation between themselves before wrapping up the segment.

In a turn of events, it was expected that your favorite contender would unseat me and claim the NXT Women’s Championship title. However, here we are again, with you all feeling let down, while I still hold onto this championship belt. Perhaps now you might start to believe what I’ve been saying since April, but I won’t get my hopes up. Soon enough, you’ll elevate another rising star, and I’ll be here watching the drama unfold. Fortunately, I don’t have to face it alone anymore, as a cherished friendship has been rekindled.
Jade stated, “I never expected Giulia to lose that Championship, not even Roxanne herself. The person you once knew was striving to succeed in NXT, but the one standing before you now is about to dominate it. Jade admitted that Roxanne Perez should be the NXT Women’s Champion. This is the side of Roxanne I always believed she could show. That’s why, after so many years, our friendship has healed – and unfortunately for the WWE, this rekindled bond is causing a significant stir in its deepest division.

It was then when Giulia’s music played, signaling her entrance to the ring where she was warmly greeted by Jade. However, Giulia didn’t react as expected since she had another trick up her sleeve. This unexpected move led to the appearance of Stephanie Vaquer, who emerged and joined forces with Giulia, causing chaos in the ring. The duo clashed with Perez and Jade, eventually clearing them both from the ring and sending them crashing onto the floor. Afterward, they stood over the mat, where the NXT Women’s Championship lay between them. Both women reached for the title simultaneously, showing their shared dislike for Perez and Jade while still vying for that coveted Championship gold.
Moving forward, it appears that the upcoming Premium Live Event, Halloween Havoc, will likely host a Championship showdown. Tonight’s events hinted towards a Tag Team match involving all four participants at some point, which could pave the way for the title contender to emerge.
A possible rematch between Perez and Giulia is quite plausible, but with Jade and Vaquer now involved, there are intriguing alternatives as well. The scenario that appears most probable is a Triple Threat match featuring Jade, Vaquer, and Giulia to determine the next contender. However, it’s not impossible to imagine a Triple Threat for the title itself between Perez, Giulia, and Vaquer. We’ll have to stay tuned to find out, but things are looking more exciting than ever.
