WWE's The Bloodline Makes a Change and Retains Tag Team Titles on SmackDown

As a long-time WWE fan who’s seen more wrestling matches than I care to remember, let me tell you, tonight’s Bloodline vs Street Profits tag team title match was a rollercoaster ride! The new Bloodline, Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa, put up a fierce fight against the dynamic duo of Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins. It was a fast-paced, action-packed battle that had me on the edge of my seat the whole time.

As a dedicated WWE gamer, I’ve been witnessing The Bloodline ruling supreme on SmackDown for weeks now, even managing to bring down the legendary Tribal Chief Roman Reigns last week. Tonight, this powerful group aimed to extend their reign with a defense of their WWE Tag Team Championships against Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins from Street Profits. Solo Sikoa announced that Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa would be representing the Bloodline in tonight’s match instead of Jacob Fatu. The action was fast-paced, but unfortunately for the Street Profits, Fatu couldn’t resist intervening, which ultimately gave his team the victory.

A Bitter Battle

Initially, Loa and Dawkins initiated the action. Dawkins made an attempt to quickly cover, but Loa prevented it with a kick. Dawkins landed some punches in the corner, but Loa brought Dawkins down using a clothesline and tagged in Tonga for a pin attempt, yet Dawkins managed to stay alive. Unfortunately for Tonga, he missed his mark on Dawkins in the corner, only to be halted by a solid tackle from Ford. Subsequently, Ford executed a moonsault followed by a cover, but Tonga once again showed resilience and survived.

Ford tackled Tonga under the cover, but Tonga managed to escape and exploit the confusion caused by Loa. Loa replaced him and together they knocked Ford down with a slam followed by an unsuccessful pin attempt. However, Ford managed to survive before the count of two. Loa was hit by a dropkick and then both Dawkins and Ford took him down. They also managed to bring Tonga down as well.

The Numbers Game

In this action-packed scene, Dawkins forcefully pushed Loa to the ground, while Ford executed a powerful dive that nearly covered them both. However, Tonga intervened, disrupting the situation. Dawkins then sent Tonga tumbling out of the ring, but unfortunately, Ford followed suit, crashing into the steps. In an intense move, Tonga delivered a distressing DDT to Ford, leaving him lying on the floor, giving The Bloodline the edge as they headed into the commercial break.

After the break, I managed to seize the upper hand from The Bloodline, but just as things were starting to swing my way, Fatu entered the fray and caught Dawkins off guard with a crushing superkick. The ref didn’t catch it, and while the others tended to Ford on the other side, they capitalized by pinning Dawkins, thus retaining our Tag Team Championships. After the match, Bloodline attacked us, but DIY jumped in to help, cleansing the ring, except for Solo. Despite their best efforts, they couldn’t knock out Solo without first taking a heavy beating from Fatu, thanks to their numerical advantage.
