Microsoft has delighted certain owners of the Xbox Series X and Series S by unexpectedly providing them with one of its major upcoming titles at no cost. In the near future, Xbox Game Studios plans to unveil titles like Gears of War: E-Day, Fable, Forza Horizon 6, Ninja Gaiden 4, Keeper, The Outer Worlds 2, and an undisclosed Halo game. Additionally, there are several games scheduled for release in the coming year or as late as 2026 such as State of Decay 3, Clockwork Revolution, OD, Everwild, Perfect Dark, Contraband, and Grounded 2. Moreover, there are numerous unconfirmed and leaked upcoming games to take into account. However, before these releases, the next title from Xbox Game Studios is Gears of War: Reloaded, a revamped version of the original Gears of War.
Currently, the beta version of the game is active until June 15th. Prior to its official launch on August 26th, the game will be available on not only PC and Xbox Series X|S, but also on PS5 and PS5 Pro. Additionally, before the release date, Microsoft is offering free copies of the game, although not to everyone.
This week, owners of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition – whether they bought the physical version or downloaded it digitally – will receive a complimentary code for Gears of War: Reloaded as a token of appreciation from Microsoft.
To express our appreciation to our loyal fans, those who previously bought the digital version of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition before today’s news, will receive Gears of War: Reloaded for free as an upgrade.
Individuals who fulfill the specified conditions will get a pre-launch free code for Gears of War: Reloaded delivered through a private message. Since the remastered version will retail at $40, this offer can help save quite a bit of money for some Xbox gamers.
I’m sorry for any inconvenience, but this offer is exclusive to those with an active Xbox account. If you previously owned Gears of War: Ultimate Edition on Xbox and still have access to your account, you can claim this free offer now, should you decide to return to Xbox platforms in the future.
