Previously, a team member from Windows Central had the opportunity to try out Secretlab’s SKINS upon their launch in 2022. He was not only amazed by the high-quality construction but also found the installation process straightforward. However, he was slightly surprised by the higher-than-expected price point.

Over the past couple of years, Secretlab has introduced select and restricted edition COVERINGS priced between $139 and $199. These designs come from Secretlab’s in-house collection as well as collaborations with popular franchises such as Fortnite, DC, Star Wars, Naruto, Cyberpunk 2077, League of Legends, among others. The reason for their high price tag is that they incorporate Secretlab’s exclusive SoftWeave fabric which includes a supportive padding layer, allowing you to personalize your chair while enhancing its comfort simultaneously.

The revamped SKINS Lite collection maintains the same snug fit, all-around protection, and hassle-free setup, but at a reduced cost of $99 thanks to a lighter, more elastic material used in its construction. For those who prioritize high-end quality, SKINS SoftWeave remains an option, but for individuals seeking a budget-friendly yet stylish chair, they can enjoy some savings.

Through the introduction of SKINS Lite, Secretlab has unveiled seven fresh designs that are currently unique to the SKINS Lite collection. These new designs feature characters such as Jinx, Vi, and Ekko from Arcane (in commemoration of Arcane Season 2), The Lich King and Illidan Stormrage from World of Warcraft, and Goku and Vegeta from Dragonball. In addition to these new offerings, Secretlab has also rolled out SKINS Lite versions of existing designs, boasting three options based on Cyberpunk 2077, three inspired by Harry Potter, and one influenced by Star Wars.

Just like the original SKINS, the entire range of the new SKINS Lite line seamlessly integrates with the Secretlab TITAN Evo, TITAN Evo XL, and TITAN Evo Lite gaming chairs, as well as all related accessories and add-ons. Notably, this includes the newly unveiled Secretlab TITAN Evo NanoGen Edition, the latest addition to Secretlab’s premium product lineup, which is only available in sleek black or white. Given this, it makes perfect sense to pick your preferred SKINS design when finalizing your purchase.

For budget-conscious customers seeking alternatives to the pricier originals, Secretlab has introduced the SKINS Lite line, now available for just $99 on their official site. Deliveries of the initial batch are expected around November 25, 2024.
