Action star Jason Statham is currently ruling the Prime Video rankings, as three of his latest action-packed thrillers have claimed spots in the Top 10. Specifically, “A Working Man,” “Wrath of Man,” and “The Beekeeper” are holding strong positions on the global charts for purchases, rentals, and movies available to subscribers. These titles are enjoying a successful run alongside popular films like “G20,” “The Accountant,” and “Another Simple Favor.

Out now and currently holding the top spot on Prime Video, “A Working Man” has earned its position. This action-packed movie of 2025, which raked in significant profits at the U.S box office, features The Stath as Levon Cade, a former Royal Marines commando turned construction foreman who is assigned to save his boss’s daughter from a band of human traffickers. With global earnings close to $100 million, “A Working Man” has been labeled ‘Very Fresh’ on Rotten Tomatoes by viewers, boasting an impressive 87% approval rating. However, the film received more mixed reviews from critics, scoring only 49%.

Coming up next is “Wrath of Man,” Statham’s 2021 blockbuster that currently ranks #7 on Prime Video’s Top 10 list. Directed by Guy Ritchie, this film showcases the action star portraying a mysterious new security guard for an armored truck. While his coworkers suspect he’s not all he appears to be when they witness him wreaking havoc during a heist, he secretly aims to avenge something in his past. Boasting a $104 million box office haul and receiving an impressive 90% rating on Rotten Tomatoes (Verified Hot), it was loved even more by fans than “A Working Man.

Lastly, I found myself captivated by “The Beekeeper,” Jason Statham’s 2024 action-thriller blockbuster that claimed the tenth spot on Prime Video. This is the first joint venture between director David Ayer and The Stath, where our protagonist embarks on a mission for revenge when his compassionate landlady becomes a victim of a cunning phishing scam. Among the three, it was the most successful at the box office, earning $162 million in 2023. It’s also the favorite among both fans and critics, as demonstrated by its Verified Fresh rating of 92% on Rotten Tomatoes and a Tomatometer score of 71%.

What’s Next for Jason Statham?

Although Statham won’t be appearing in movies for the rest of 2025, there are other action projects lined up for us to enjoy next year. First among them is “Mutiny,” directed by Jean-François Richet, scheduled to release on January 9, 2026. In this film, Statham plays an ex-special forces officer who now works in private security. The plot unfolds when he’s falsely accused of murdering his wealthy friend, leading him to unravel an international conspiracy as he seeks the real culprit.

After this announcement, The Stath will star in a yet-unnamed film directed by Ric Roman Waugh (known for “Angel Has Fallen” and “Greenland”). Although the release date hasn’t been disclosed, the movie has already been filmed and is now undergoing post-production. In the film, Statham portrays a solitary man living on a secluded Scottish island who saves a girl from the sea, triggering a series of dangerous events that eventually lead to an assault on his residence, forcing him to confront his tumultuous past.

I can hardly contain my excitement! Somewhere down the line, I’ll get to witness Jason Statham and Idris Elba, my favorite action duo, joining forces once more for “The Beekeeper 2,” currently in its early stages of pre-production. Not only that, but Statham will also be returning as Deckard Shaw in “Fast X: Part 2,” rumored to be the final installment of the main “Fast & Furious” series. Keep an eye out for updates on these thrilling projects, and until then, don’t miss out on catching these three action powerhouses on Prime Video!
