In 2025, an enhanced version of the action RPG titled “Ys X: Proud Nordics” will debut in Japan, which is an upgrade from “Ys X: Nordics”. This updated edition offers a fresh narrative, exciting new locations for exploration, and a plethora of innovative elements.
The significant island of Aland lies to the north of the Obelia Gulf. In their struggle against the enigmatic, immortal beings called Griegr, the fiery-haired explorer Adol and pirate royalty Karja find themselves on this island, discovering numerous ancient ruins scattered across its undiscovered territories.

An encounter with another “Mana user” leads Adol and his companions on an unknown adventure…
Beyond the thrilling clashes between Adol and Karja’s strategic offenses and defenses known as “Cross Actions,” Ys X: Proud Nordics offers innovative “Mana Actions” alongside a sprawling map of Aland Island and numerous exploration zones.
