On the November 7th episode of BFFs, she confided in Dave and Josh that the past year has been the most challenging of her life. She’s still grappling with the emotional aftermath of the abuse inflicted by a certain individual, expressing that she remains fearful at this moment.
The 25-year-old said her brain had been “rewired” from being afraid to make her ex mad.
Brianna went on, “He convinced me that all the blame lay with me. He cut me off from my entire life. He prevented me from becoming who I truly wanted to be. He turned me against everything I cherished about myself.
Zach had “love bombed her,” she said, and she ignored multiple red flags.
Following nearly uninterrupted tranquility for about four months, she expressed that he gradually wore her down until she felt as if he was her sole remaining option, constantly battering and crushing her further and further.
