007 First Light Needs 80 GB Space on PC as Minimum and Recommended Requirements Revealed

IO Interactive’s upcoming game, 007 First Light, will take advantage of Nvidia DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation to boost performance and deliver smoother frame rates. Although ray tracing isn’t currently supported, the developers have now shared the minimum and recommended PC specifications for players.

To play the game, a minimum setup includes an Intel Core i5-9500K or AMD Ryzen 5 3500 processor, an Nvidia GTX 1660 or AMD Radeon RX 5700 (or similar Intel graphics card) with 8 GB of video memory, and 16 GB of RAM for 1080p resolution at 30 frames per second. For a smoother experience, we recommend an Intel Core i5-13500 or AMD Ryzen 5 7600, an RTX 3060 Ti or Radeon RX 6700 XT (or similar Intel graphics card) with 12 GB of video memory, and 32 GB of RAM.

You’ll be able to play the game at 1080p resolution with a smooth 60 frames per second using these settings, although IO Interactive hasn’t detailed exactly what graphics settings were used to achieve that performance. Keep in mind you’ll need at least 80GB of free space on your hard drive to install it – it’s a fairly large game, but not the biggest around. The good news is it works with both Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit), which isn’t the case for some other PC games like Resident Evil Requiem and Pragmata.

Hey everyone, just a heads-up that 007 First Light is finally dropping on May 27th! It was originally supposed to come out in March, but it got pushed back a bit. It’s coming to PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PS5, so I’m getting ready to jump in!
