In February 2025, both the game lineups for PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium go online, with Sony also revealing what games will be leaving from the PlayStation 5 service next month in the Last Chance to Play section. A total of 10 titles for PS5 and PS4 platforms are scheduled to leave on March 18th, 2025, including:
- Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame 6 (PS5, PS4)
- Resident Evil 3 (PS5, PS4)
- Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot (PS5, PS4)
- Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy (PS4)
- JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle R (PS5, PS4)
- Life Is Strange 2 (PS4)
- Life Is Strange: True Colors (PS5, PS4)
- Final Fantasy Type-0 HD (PS4)
- Street Fighter V (PS4)
- Mortal Kombat 11 (PS5, PS4)
Next month, some games I’ve been enjoying through the PS Plus service will no longer be playable for me, even though I may have previously downloaded or redeemed them. To keep playing these titles, it looks like I’ll have to invest in purchasing my own copies.
This list doesn’t feature any particularly long PS5 or PS4 games. In fact, the longest one is Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, which clocks in at about 25 hours for the main story. Most other titles, such as Resident Evil 3 and both Life Is Strange editions, can be finished within 10 hours. So, even though these games are being removed from the platform soon, you still have enough time to play them if they’re on your list of games to catch up on.
