2025 has been rather devoid of Jedi presence in Star Wars shows on Disney+, with Andor Season 2 being the main attraction. But that’s about to change by year-end as Lucasfilm prepares to release several Star Wars titles on Disney+ that highlight Jedi characters. Two upcoming series for fans to watch out for are Star Wars: Visions Volume 3 and Rebuild the Galaxy: Pieces of the Past.
Star Wars: Visions is a collection of individual animated episodes created by various animation studios globally. This anthology series exists separately from the primary Star Wars storyline, offering room for unique perspectives on the galaxy in a distant land. Conversely, Rebuild the Galaxy: Pieces of the Past is the sequel to the 2024 LEGO animated series that recently revealed an intriguing new character transitioning from Jedi to villain.
In September 19, 2025, fans can anticipate the return of several beloved Jedi characters when “Rebuild the Galaxy: Pieces of the Past” and “Star Wars Visions” Volume 3 premiere on Disney+. The latter will follow on October 29, 2025.
Jedi Characters Appearing in 2025 Star Wars Shows
Sig Greebling
In LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy, Sig Greebling (voiced by Gaten Matarazzo from Stranger Things) emerged as a Force-empowered protagonist. Hailing from Fennesa, he stumbled upon one of the galaxy’s mightiest relics, which catapulted him into a thrilling journey of exploration.
Bobarian Afol (Jedi Bob)

In the space adventure “Rebuild the Galaxy: Fragments of Yesterday,” it’s confirmed that Luke Skywalker himself makes an appearance, with Mark Hamill lending his voice in a guest capacity. Here, Luke Skywalker is not the renowned Jedi we know; instead, he has swapped his lightsaber for a pod-racer helmet, becoming a beloved racer in this reimagined galaxy.
The Grand Master
In the third volume of “Star Wars Visions,” some follow-up episodes are included, with one of them expanding on the tale from Volume 1 titled “The Duel“. This continuation introduces an exhilarating new lightsaber and pits the Ronin against a formidable adversary, the enigmatic Grand Master. This character is portrayed as a corrupt or twisted Jedi.
F
In the captivating realm of “Star Wars Visions” Volume 1, I encountered a character named F, a resilient female Jedi Padawan who honed her skills under the tutelage of Shad-Rah. Her true mettle as a Jedi was evident when she vanquished Lord Izuma and his formidable squad of marauders, solidifying her place among the galaxy’s protectors.
Shad-Rah
In the animated series Star Wars Visions, Shad-Rah, a former Jedi Master under F’, was thought to have perished for most of the storyline. However, the reasons behind their disappearance will be unveiled in the upcoming episode Volume 3, titled “The Lost Ones.
Juro
In the animated series “Star Wars Visions,” Margrave Juro, a leader on the remote planet Hy Izlan, aspired to rekindle the Jedi Order. This character is set to make a comeback in the upcoming sequel titled “The Ninth Jedi: Child of Hope” in Volume 3.
Lah Kara
Born to a lightsaber craftsman, Lah Kara was a young Jedi who was given a mission by Juro: to transport her father’s weapons to the new group of Jedi. After demonstrating her abilities against Sith decoys, she was welcomed into Juro’s freshly established Jedi Order and will reappear in the upcoming episode of Star Wars Visions in Volume 3.
Lah Zhima
Lah Kara’s renowned sword-maker father, Lah Zhima, crafted eight swords destined for the upcoming Jedi in Juro’s new order. Unfortunately, he was seized by Sith Hunter Jedi and separated from his loved ones.
Nakime
In Volume 3 of the animated anthology series, Star Wars Visions, there’s an upcoming episode named “The Bird of Paradise.” This installment introduces viewers to a visually impaired, Force-adept human character called Nakime. She grapples with the allure of the Dark Side throughout this tale.
