After a long wait, 2XKO will be fully released on PlayStation 5 next week, starting January 20th.
As we shared before, Riot Games is starting Season 1 with a new character: Caitlyn, known as the Sheriff of Piltover.
As expected, she uses a sniper rifle to fight enemies from a distance. However, to keep things fair, her shots aren’t instant – they travel across the screen and can be dodged.
She’s equipped with a versatile rifle and a couple of traps. One trap is a net that briefly restrains enemies, making them vulnerable to attack combos.

She has a powerful, single-shot attack and a screen-covering shield that looks a lot like the Aegis Reflector from the Street Fighter games.
Some League of Legends fans have expressed disappointment with Caitlyn’s new design, but it seems good to us since we aren’t very familiar with the game. We’re still unsure about how fun her gameplay, which focuses on controlling space, will be.
