Xbox Game Pass has become a bit more complex and costly recently, but it continues to add new games regularly. During a recent presentation, Xbox announced four more games that will be available on Game Pass in 2026, though details about the future remain limited.
Four new games – Kiln, Forza Horizon 6, Beast of Reincarnation, and Fable – will be added to Game Pass Ultimate. This is the premium subscription tier that gives members access to games on their release day. Players who buy the games directly will benefit from Xbox Play Anywhere features like cross-saves and shared progress. Importantly, all four games will also be available on PlayStation 5 and PC, despite being featured in the Xbox presentation.
Kiln

Okay, so I’m really excited about this game called Kiln – it’s coming out sometime in spring 2026! It’s a multiplayer party game from the folks at Double Fine, who made Psychonauts. Basically, you build and customize your own ceramic pots, but it’s not just a crafting game. You actually battle with those pots, trying to put out your opponent’s kiln fire! It’s kinda crazy, but cool. What’s even wilder is that Double Fine has been tinkering with this idea for almost ten years! They originally prototyped it during a game jam, and there are even old screenshots from 2017 on Steam and a concept trailer on their YouTube channel if you want to check it out.
Forza Horizon 6

Forza Horizon 6 is the most anticipated of the four upcoming Forza games, and we now have a release date: May 19th for Xbox Series X|S and PC, priced at $69.99. It will launch on PS5 later this fall. Players who purchase the $119.99 Premium Edition can start playing on May 15th – four days early! This edition includes a VIP Membership, a Welcome Pack, a Time Attack Car Pack, 30 cars delivered weekly, the Italian Passion Car Pack, and two downloadable expansions coming after the game’s release. A $99.99 Deluxe Edition is also available, which includes the Italian Passion Car Pack and the two expansions.
Beast of Reincarnation

Coming this summer, Beast of Reincarnation is a single-player action RPG from the creators of Pokémon. Players take on the role of Emma, an exile traveling across a ruined, post-apocalyptic Japan with her wolf companion, Koo. The game features fast-paced melee combat and magic against robots and plant-based creatures, with Koo offering helpful support. Emma also has the ability to control plants, which aids in exploration.
Fable

Originally announced in 2020, the game Fable is almost finished and expected to release this fall. A recent gameplay showcase revealed that Fable focuses on player freedom, allowing you to create your own unique hero. You’ll be able to explore a large, uninterrupted open world and interact with every character you meet – just like in Red Dead Redemption 2, each NPC has their own daily life and will respond to your actions and the world around them. The game features a diverse combat system with magic, ranged attacks, and melee weapons, but also offers plenty of non-violent options, such as building relationships with characters, buying property, or even getting a job.
