Each color of Power Ranger has many popular characters, and the Pink Rangers are no exception. Over the years, several Pink Rangers have become fan favorites, including iconic figures like Kimberly Hart (from Mighty Morphin), Katherine Hillard (Zeo), and Jen Scotts (Time Force). Just four years ago, a new Pink Ranger joined the team and quickly became one of the most beloved of all time by the series’ conclusion.
The first episode of Power Rangers Dino Fury aired on Nickelodeon on February 20, 2021, introducing a new danger to Earth and the team of Power Rangers tasked with stopping it. One of these new Rangers was Amelia Jones, played by Hunter Deno, and she quickly became popular with viewers. Throughout the series, the characters grew more interesting, and by the end of Dino Fury, Amelia was widely considered one of the best Pink Rangers ever.

Amelia Belongs In The Discussion of Best Pink Power Rangers Ever

Amelia is the latest Pink Ranger on TV, and she deserves to be considered among the best. Several things make her stand out, but it’s important to remember that the entire cast – including Zayto (Russell Curry), Izzy Garcia (Tessa Rao), Ollie Akana (Kai Moya), Javi Garcia (Chance Perez), Aiyon (Jordon Fite), and Fern (Jacqueline Joe) – all deliver excellent performances.
Amelia is introduced early on as a likable character, immediately connecting with viewers through her upbeat personality and fascination with the supernatural. She soon proves to be a valuable addition to the Rangers, quickly demonstrating her skills and having several memorable moments in action.
Throughout the years, many Power Rangers have had their heroic moments, but Amelia becomes central to the larger story of Dino Fury. Her journey includes a surprising reveal that completely reshapes our understanding of her past and the motivations of the show’s villains. Amelia discovers she’s actually a Rafkonian, just like Zayto and Aiyon, which significantly deepens her already heartwarming relationship with Pop-Pop.

Amelia’s storyline is a highlight of the show, and viewers easily find themselves supporting her as she attempts to reunite with her estranged family. She skillfully manages this personal quest alongside her duties as a Ranger, often acting as the central force that keeps the team united. It’s fitting that she evolves into the Red Ranger by the time ‘Cosmic Fury’ arrives, though she first shines as the Pink Ranger in ‘Dino Fury,’ and I believe she’s among the strongest characters the series has ever presented.
Power Rangers Dino Fury is streaming on Netflix.
