5 EastEnders spoilers for next week

1. Vicki Fowler shares a surprise kiss with Zack Hudson

Vicki’s week starts with upsetting news: Joel intends to deny attacking her. To distract herself, she goes to The Vic pub, where things start looking up with Ross (Alex Walkinshaw) as they connect while participating in the same quiz night.

However, she quickly grew worried about how Chelsea Fox’s date, Damon, was acting, and was stunned to overhear him talking to his wife on the phone. Appalled by his actions, she publicly exposed him as unfaithful.

She saw the man enter the laundromat and went after him, intending to start another fight. When he came towards her, she became frightened and pushed him, causing him to fall and hit his head.

Fortunately, Zack arrives just in time to help her. They have a deep conversation about how much her life has been affected since Joel’s attack, and they quickly become intimate.

Just as Vicki and Zack kiss, Vicki’s great aunt Kathy Beale walks in and sees them. They quickly plead with her to keep it a secret from Sharon.

The next day was a whirlwind. I felt so bad for Vicki, and Ross really stepped up, promising her his full support. He even went to see Joel, practically begging him to just take the plea deal so Vicki wouldn’t have to go through a trial. On a slightly different note, Zack finally seemed to realize he’d messed up with Kathy and apologized, hoping she’d understand he wasn’t trying to take advantage of her when she was so down.

She advises him to focus on son Barney Mitchell (Lewis Bridgeman).

Later, Ross makes a big gesture to show his commitment to Vicki, but she’s left unimpressed.

2. Tensions surrounding Ravi Gulati cause chaos

Today is Suki and Eve’s adoption assessment, and they’re both feeling anxious. Things get even more stressful when they find themselves caught in the middle of a family disagreement between Ravi and his relatives.

Priya (Sophie Khan Levy) is too upset to forgive him and angrily confronts him in the living room, letting all her frustration out. Unbeknownst to her, assessor Robin was listening to the entire outburst.

Avani and Nugget quickly become caught up in their mother’s anger, which leads Eve to decide Ravi can no longer stay at the house. He understands and accepts this, but the situation escalates when several men forcibly remove him.

He came home the following day, severely injured. Meanwhile, Suki and Eve were delighted to learn their adoption application had moved forward.

3. Anna Knight and Freddie Slater reunite ahead of their exits

During the quiz night, Zoe playfully tries to set up Freddie and Anna Knight, channeling the spirit of Cilla Black as she attempts to matchmake them.

Even though Anna chose to travel, she and her partner found their way back to each other. Is it possible they’ll leave on an adventure together?

4. Zoe Slater’s tormenter leaves evidence at the scene

I was totally rooting for Zoe, but then things took a turn. She discovered someone had left some nasty online reviews for the pub, and to make matters worse, they were specifically calling her out! It was a real gut punch to see her enthusiasm dampened like that.

Alfie doesn’t trust her, thinking she’s pretending to be a victim to gain sympathy. Despite his doubts, he tries to reassure Kat (Jessie Wallace) about her daughter’s well-being by asking Freddie to find out who’s making the hurtful comments.

After a while, Alfie tells Zoe to go, but their disagreement is interrupted by noise coming from the storage area and a scary message. He then apologizes for not trusting her, and the situation becomes even more puzzling when an earring is found on the floor.

Could it belong to Zoe’s tormentor?

5. Jasmine Fisher convinces Oscar Branning to commit a crime

Oscar is really interested in getting closer to Jasmine, but he’s surprised and upset to discover she’s stolen the keys to the Panesar family’s medical practice from Anthony.

Even though Oscar knew it was a bad idea, he and Jasmine broke into the doctor’s office. Once inside, Jasmine quietly accessed the computer to search for information.

What is she trying to uncover?
