Next week, a long-awaited event could potentially unfold, as Aaron Dingle (played by Danny Miller) discovers that his husband, John Sugden (portrayed by Oliver Farnworth), might not be trustworthy. However, the question remains: what evidence has Aaron uncovered?
Simultaneously, the character Robert (played by Ryan Hawley), John’s half-brother who harbors feelings for Aaron, finds a new concern as he clashes with Ross Barton (portrayed by Michael Parr) at Butlers Farm.
In the current predicament, Charity Dingle (played by Emma Atkins) is struggling to find a solution regarding her baby problem, while Ross questions whether the child she might be expecting could potentially be a brother for their shared son, Moses.
Ray Walters, played by Joe Absolon, maintains his influence over Dylan Penders (Fred Kettle). Meanwhile, it’s revealed to Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) who the mysterious young man actually is.
Additionally, Vinny Dingle’s (Bradley Johnson) feature article might have potentially ruined the budding romantic relationship between him and his aunt Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper).
Here are all your Emmerdale spoilers for Monday 25th August – Friday 29th August 2025.
5 Emmerdale spoilers next week
1. Aaron Dingle finally grows suspicious over John Sugden in new discovery

Aaron makes a shocking discovery, and soon we’ll see him accuse John of lying to him.
As a movie buff, I’m on tenterhooks about the big revelation for Aaron on Emmerdale. They’re keeping tight-lipped about the specifics, so I can’t wait to see what he’s uncovered. Will John be able to persuade him differently at this point? Only time will tell.
But with several secrets from John’s side, there’s a lot to consider here.
Could it be possible that Aaron may discover John’s recording of Robert’s assault, and observe for himself that deceptive John was the one who instigated the fight by attempting to choke Robert first?
As a devoted cinephile, I found myself engrossed in a captivating scene where Anthony Fox, portrayed by Nicholas Day, met an unexpected end. John, for some reason, took it upon himself to dispose of Anthony’s body and then spun a yarn about its whereabouts. However, poor Aaron remains clueless about the fate of the mysterious Anthony. But what if there’s more to this tale than meets the eye?
Could it be possible that Aaron might find evidence related to John’s alleged killing of Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter), or traces of his other questionable actions?
Failing all of the above, imagine Aaron finding proof that John isn’t really a Sugden!
It appears that Aaron is shown with a frame in the latest image, suggesting it might be used for a photograph or certificate. Consequently, there’s still a chance that he could be using a false identity.
Whatever is going on here, we can’t wait for Aaron to finally see John for who he is…
2. Robert Sugden and Ross Barton go head-to-head at Butlers Farm

In a more conversational tone, we could say: Chas encourages Robert to release Aaron from any trouble, implying she may be aware of the heated reconciliation between Robert and Aaron.
In any case, she remains determined to maintain distance between them, yet Chas remains oblivious; for unknown to him, John is not a suitable son-in-law, going so far as to put her in grave danger just to save her life.
Now, as Robert found himself unable to discredit John and had to abandon his hypotheses, he became fully immersed in working on the Butlers instead.
At that location, there was a disagreement between him and Ross. During this disagreement, Ross accused Robert of not contributing enough effort towards managing the farm.
In my humble opinion, the narrative unfolds into an intriguing race against time, where both the Bartons and the Sugdens are pitted against each other to demonstrate their efficiency in completing tasks swiftly. It’s like watching two maestros duel on a cinematic stage, leaving you at the edge of your seat!
In the face-off between Ross and Matty (portrayed by Ash Palmisciano), and Robert and Victoria (played by Isabel Hodgins), which pair will emerge victorious?
3. Charity Dingle panics as Ross Barton demands proof in baby drama

Charity crumbles at the idea that she’s lost husband Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) for good.
Later, Ross learns from Sarah Sugden (played by Katie Hill) that she told Vanessa Woodfield (performed by Michelle Hardwick) that Mack had ended his marriage. As a result, Ross questions Charity to find out if Mack left because he discovered about their affair.
In a surprising turn of events, Charity initially refutes any allegations, but upon hearing Vanessa’s offer of assistance, Charity crumbles, confessing that it’s possible Sarah’s child might not be hers.
As a confidant, I find myself avoiding setting the record straight when Vanessa mistakenly believes that Mack, not Ross, was the one she slept with. The situation seems to call for me to clarify this misconception to my family, but for now, I choose silence.
But Charity insists on burying her head in the sand and begs Vanessa to keep her secret.

Charity attempts to correct Ross’s presumptions regarding the baby, yet he remains skeptical as she asserts that medical examinations at the hospital have been conducted to establish paternity.
When Charity doesn’t reveal the outcomes, Ross insists on seeing some evidence of his own, causing Charity to become frantic or very worried.
How will she get out of this mess?
And with Mack confirmed to have found a clue about John last week, where is he now?
4. Ray Walters tightens his grip on Dylan Penders amid Moira Dingle threat

Dylan is grateful when Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) offers him a pot-washing job at the Woolpack.
Instead of saying that, Ray explains to Dylan that Paddy Dingle’s (Dominic Brunt) acts of kindness may not be entirely selfless. As if showing concern for the boy, Ray vows to watch over Dylan and even pays him ahead for another task.
April, meanwhile, sees Dylan getting into a stranger’s car and fears he’s turned back to sex work.
April ends up confiding in her dad about Dylan’s past work, though she later regrets it.

When Dylan comes back, April unexpectedly confronts him and learns with relief that his recent activity involved a drug delivery, not the troubling situation she had initially feared.
Later on, Dylan experiences a deep sense of embarrassment upon learning that Marlon and Paddy are aware of his past. Meanwhile, an anxious April confesses her love for him, but Dylan, grappling with the perceived deception, finds it difficult to comprehend this new development.
When Paddy assures him that he won’t hold his past against him, Dylan feels moved, and chooses to refocus, expressing to Ray that he needs some time off from working under him. How might Ray respond?
When Paddy tells him he’s not going to criticize him for his history, Dylan is touched, and makes up his mind to straighten things out, speaking to Ray about taking a break from being employed by him. What reaction could Ray display?
Over the course of the week, Kyle Winchester (known as Huey Quinn) finds himself taken aback upon encountering Dylan, a man whom Kyle had previously injured by stabbing him in his leg during an intrusion on the farm.

Dylan implores Kyle to remain silent, but the fearful youth discloses the truth to Moira, who swears to challenge Dylan about it.
In a naive attempt, Chas persuades Dylan to assist Moira on their farm. However, things get uncomfortable for Dylan when Moira seems unaware of who he is – until she insists he accompanies her instead.
In a straightforward manner, April finds herself compelled to disclose to Chas what Dylan had done, and both April and Marlon make haste to the Butlers’ place in an attempt to avoid any escalation of disagreement.
Moira confronts a fearful Dylan regarding the break-in, and she picks up a pitchfork, aiming to dish out some retribution.
Will Dylan be rescued?
5. Vinny Dingle’s lies ruin Kammy Hadiq’s romance with Belle Dingle

As a movie enthusiast, I’d rephrase it this way: Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) expresses to Belle that Kammy Hadiq (Shebz Miah) supposedly assaulted Vinny, unaware that Vinny has been concealing the truth about his own identity crisis related to sexuality and the real assailant having coerced him into silence.
Distraught Belle finds it hard to accept that she has fallen for yet another abusive man, and goes to see Kammy at the garage to put an end to their relationship.
Despite Kammy’s efforts to prove his innocence, he ends up feeling aggravated as he’s falsely accused and cleared out.
Vinny finds himself struggling with guilt upon learning the news, and he finds it hard to disclose the truth to Belle. However, he tries to console Belle by emphasizing Kammy’s positive qualities.

Vinny later apologises to Kammy, but Kammy refuses to accept his words.
At The Woolpack, Kammy pleads with Belle for another opportunity, yet, considering everything she’s experienced, she decides it’s too risky to trust him. This leaves Kammy feeling deeply disappointed.
Vinny feels terrible to see how disappointed Belle is about Kammy.
Can Vinny put things right?
