Next week on Hollyoaks, Lucas Hay proposes to Dillon Ray, completely missing the fact that Dillon is secretly in love with Lucas’s dad, Ste.

Frankie Osborne, played by Isabelle Smith, starts dating Sully Sullivan, who is known to be a sex offender and is portrayed by Harry French.

Cleo McQueen is battling a serious mental health condition following childbirth, and evidence strongly suggests Ant Hutchinson shot Tony.

Warren Fox returns to the village and seems to be adjusting well, which bothers his girlfriend, Gemma.

1. Lucas Hay proposes to Dillon Ray

After kissing Ste a few weeks back, Dillon tells Frankie he’s fallen out of love with Lucas.

Unaware of this, his boyfriend is deeply in love with him and confesses to Leela Dexter that he can’t picture his life without him. Encouraged by Leela, he plans a surprise proposal.

Lucas proposed to Ste and Leela, getting down on one knee. Now everyone is wondering how Dillon will react.

2. Frankie Osborne arranges a date with vile Sully Sullivan

Frankie was thrilled when she matched with Sully on a dating app, especially since she’d initially swiped right on his profile while in Liverpool. However, she wasn’t entirely honest about her age, and she doesn’t really know what Sully is like as a person.

They meet at Price Slice and swap phone numbers. She shares her worries with Dillon, and he kindly offers to help if she feels awkward on a date.

3. Ant Hutchinson is in the frame for dad Tony’s attempted murder

Darren comes back to the village after being arrested for shooting Tony, though the police had to let him go due to a lack of proof. This makes Ant very angry.

Chloe Atkinson, playing Sister Dee-Dee, tries to soothe him, but her grandfather, Froggy Black, played by John Middleton, steps in.

I was really worried watching Alex’s mum, Diane, get so frustrated with him always being on his phone. It was tough to see her take it away, hoping he’d just relax. But then, things got even more intense when his brother, Ro, showed Diane a photo – a picture of him with a gun on the very day Tony was shot. It was a shocking moment, and I could feel her distress right away.

4. Cleo McQueen struggles in the wake of her childbirth

Cleo is allowed to leave the hospital, and her girlfriend, Sienna Blake (Anna Passey), decides to move in with her to help her recover.

She confessed to Sienna that she was really struggling and felt like a failure because she couldn’t pump enough breast milk for her son, Joseph.

5. Warren Fox gets a cold reception as Gemma Johnston plays happy families

Mercedes is thankful for Warren’s support during a difficult time and invites him to visit and reconnect with their twin daughters.

Gemma watches on, and later acts friendly towards her boyfriend’s ex.

Goldie McQueen (Chelsee Healey) isn’t happy about Warren’s return, as she still believes he’s responsible for the death of her son, Hunter.
