This iteration of the team wasn’t filled with big-name heroes; instead, it was famous for its humorous take on the superhero genre. The comic focused heavily on the characters themselves, and Ice quickly became a fan favorite. She was portrayed as the team’s most innocent and genuinely good-hearted member, reflected in her white costume. 2) Sue Dibny
Sue Dibny doesn’t have superpowers. She’s a regular woman who captured the heart of Elongated Man, much to everyone’s surprise, even his! When he joined the Justice League, she came along and quickly became a beloved member of the team. Sue is considered one of the best comic book spouses and is a well-respected character in her own right. Her tragic death and assault in the Identity Crisis storyline deeply upset fans, and DC Comics has been working to address it ever since. She was a vital part of the team and remains a quiet but powerful icon.
1) Wonder Woman
Wonder Woman is a hugely influential and powerful figure, not just for DC Comics, but for the entire superhero genre. She helped pave the way for many of the superheroines we enjoy today. As a key founding member of the Justice League, she’s consistently been one of its most vital heroes, frequently saving the team – and even leading both the main League and Justice League Dark.
