He even traveled to another Earth and guided Doctor Manhattan towards becoming a true hero. While his planning skills and charisma are unmatched, he doesn’t possess the extraordinary feats that truly set some others apart as the absolute smartest being.

T. O. Morrow is considered the world’s leading expert in robotics, famously creating Red Tornado and Tomorrow Woman. Lex Luthor is widely considered to be the most intelligent person on Earth. While Batman and Mister Terrific are also incredibly smart, Lex has consistently proven his superior intellect.
