The Blame Will See a Quiet Town Shaken After a Murder
“The Blame” is a new detective drama about detectives Emma Crane and Tom Radley who are investigating the murder of a young figure skater in a close-knit town. While working on the case, Emma and Tom start a risky romantic relationship. The situation becomes even more complicated when Tom himself becomes the main suspect in the crime.
I’m really excited about this new series, The Blame! It’s based on Charlotte Langley’s novel, and it looks like a gripping crime thriller. Michelle Keegan is playing Emma, and Douglas Booth is Tom. From what I’ve heard, Emma isn’t just solving a murder, but she’s also battling all sorts of issues within her own police department – corruption, sexism, and a whole lot of lies. It’s currently slated to come out in 2026, which feels like a long wait, but I’m definitely adding it to my watch list!
