Who Is Virginia Huynh? Get to Know Diddy’s Ex Requesting His Release

The twists in Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ legal saga have yet to cease.

In a court submission, Virginia “Gina” Huynh (formerly known as Victim-3 in the 2024 federal indictment related to Combs’ criminal case) voiced her support for his bail request as he prepares for sentencing on October 3rd, concerning two charges of transporting someone for prostitution.

In Huynh’s correspondence dated August 3, TopMob News acquired a copy, it states that, much like many other relationships, ours had its imperfections, with periods of joy and sorrow, and regrettable actions were committed. However, he was open to admitting his errors and vowing to make wiser choices in the future.

Among the letters previously submitted, Huynh’s viewpoint distinctly contrasts. These letters were penned by Cassie Ventura’s attorney, stylist Deonte Nash, and Jourdan Atkinson, former personal chef of Combs. All three expressed their conviction that the Bad Boy Entertainment founder could potentially endanger his victims and others if released, but Huynh’s standpoint appears unique.

In his letter, Huynh conveyed a contrasting sentiment, asserting that he had consistently shown behavior that was “helpful, courteous, and obedient” during the entire process.

The letter suggested that permitting him to stay at home would aid not only him but also facilitate the healing process for everyone concerned.

During the commencement of Chris Combs’ trial in May, Prosecutor Maureen Comey informed Judge Arun Subramanian that a woman identified as Victim-3 had significant, intimate, and potentially volatile information. However, the prosecution was having trouble reaching her lawyer, and they were uncertain if she would be present to provide testimony.

Marc Agnifilo, who represents the defendant, stated in response at the time, according to the New York Times, “The U.S. government has the power to bring Gina to this courtroom if they so wish. However, they are opting not to.

Previously, Hunyh hadn’t updated her Instagram since March. However, possibly preparing for news about her ex’s support becoming public, on August 3rd, she posted a picture of the word “LOVE” written on a mirror with glittery lipstick to her Instagram Stories.

Combs started his relationship with the model-influencer back in 2014, but they managed to keep their connection mostly under wraps until June 2019. That’s when she shared an Instagram video filled with affectionate displays, or PDA, for all to see.

Five days on, she claimed that she had been involved in a five-year abusive relationship with the rapper.

In an interview on Unwine With Tasha K (posted on YouTube June 14, 2019), Hunyh shared that she first encountered Combs at a party in Las Vegas during September 2013, but their interaction didn’t lead anywhere until they crossed paths again five months later in Miami, where he obtained her contact information. At the time of their initial meeting, Hunyh was 22 years old.

Hunyh, who is 33 years old, stated that the discussion about making it official between us was never held. Instead, he explained, there was an unspoken understanding or feeling between us that we were a couple.

Later, she claimed that she conceived twice while they were together, and on each occasion, it was him who asked her to end the pregnancies.

During that interview, I shared how he initially seemed wonderful, almost too good to be true – charming for the first few months or so. But then, oh boy, did things change! Over a span of nearly four years, he morphed into this abrasive individual who was downright nasty. He’d often be aggressive and demeaning towards me, constantly belittling my worth.

At George Kaplan’s court appearance, it was stated that in the year 2015, he witnessed his superior, Combs, in a heated state, hurling apples towards a lady called Gina, who was attempting to protect herself using her arms.

In my written statement presented to the court, I, Hunyh, asserted that following the mentioned errors, Combs indeed altered his conduct.

In the subsequent years, I diligently strived to improve myself and rectify the wrongs I had committed, as stated in my correspondence. When our bond came to an end, I had transformed into a beacon of love, patience, and kindness, a stark contrast to my earlier actions.

Reflecting on the years that passed, I dedicated myself to personal growth and making amends for my past mistakes, as expressed in my letter. By the conclusion of our relationship, I had evolved into a personification of love, patience, and softness, a change noticeably distinct from my previous conduct.

As a die-hard fan, I’m thrilled to share that Combs was acquitted of the grave charges against him, particularly those related to sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy, back in May. However, Subramanian’s first plea for bail was turned down at that time.

The 55-year-old father of seven is still facing a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

During his court case, numerous aspects of Combs’ life and connections were disclosed.

Following the acquittal of Sean “Diddy” Combs on charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking (Cassie Ventura and an unnamed woman, referred to as “Jane” in court), he was, however, found guilty of transporting them for prostitution purposes. This development prompted a response from the singer’s legal team regarding the verdicts.

The criminal proceedings initiated when our client, Cassie Ventura, bravely submitted her civil lawsuit in November 2023, as Douglas Wigdor stated to TopMob News on July 2. Although the jury didn’t convict Combs of sex trafficking Cassie, they did find him guilty of transporting someone for prostitution. By sharing her experience, Cassie has made a lasting impact on both the entertainment world and the pursuit of justice.

Regarding the allegations for which Combs entered a plea of not guilty, Wigdor stated, “Once more, without any hesitation, we affirm—and stand by—our client’s integrity. Throughout this trial, they displayed remarkable bravery.

As a fervent admirer, I can’t help but express my admiration for Ventura, a remarkable woman who graced the witness stand during Combs’ extended trial. Her unwavering dedication and tireless efforts truly deserve recognition.

He went on to say, “She showed undeniable resilience, shedding light on the truth about powerful men in our circles and the misbehavior that has gone unpunished for years. This situation demonstrated that change is necessary now, and we will keep advocating for victims.

After learning that he was found not guilty on three out of five counts in his federal trial, Combs, who could have faced life imprisonment if found guilty on all charges, dropped to his knees and bowed his head over a chair, adopting a pose reminiscent of prayer, as reported by NBC News correspondents present in the courtroom.

According to the report, Combs’ relatives were present in the courtroom, applauding and celebrating the verdict for the music tycoon. The legal team embraced one another, while Combs himself gave a warm hug to his attorney, Brian Steel.

On July 2nd, the jury, consisting of 12 members, announced their verdicts regarding the five federal charges that Combs faced during his sex trafficking trial. The jurors, who had been deliberating for their third day, found him guilty on two counts: transportation to facilitate prostitution involving his ex-girlfriend Ventura and another woman known as “Jane.

In the end, Combs was acquitted on one charge of racketeering conspiracy and two charges related to sex trafficking, as he had maintained his innocence throughout the entire legal process.

On the eve of pronouncing their decisions, the jury informed U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian that they had not been able to agree on the racketeering charge because some members held “irreconcilable opinions.” Subramanian encouraged the jurors to persist in their discussions. A verdict was eventually reached shortly after deliberations commenced the following day.

Attorney Christy Slavik dedicated a total of four hours and 50 minutes to presenting her closing arguments to the jury, where she contended that Sean “Diddy” Combs leveraged power, threats, and intimidation to achieve his objectives.

1) It was a place where everyone catered to his needs.
2) He ruled over a domain where all were there to fulfill his desires.
3) His realm was one in which everyone served him willingly.
4) Everyone in his territory was obligated to serve him.

Slavik mentioned the 2016 physical attack on Cassie Ventura, his former girlfriend at that time, as well as an alleged assault in 2024 involving a woman known as “Jane” during the court proceedings.

In my perspective as a lifestyle advisor, I’d like to emphasize that although two significant events occurred eight years apart in the life of Sean Combs, they are not standalone narratives. Instead, they are consecutive chapters in the same captivating book, chronicling the intriguing tale of Sean Combs and the criminal organization he led, comprised primarily of his trusted inner circle.

Over and over again, this criminal organization catered to the defendant’s every whim by employing a systematic approach involving threats, force, and deceit,” she explained. “The defendant believed he could conceal his wrongdoings behind a veil of secrecy and embarrassment. He felt that his reputation, wealth, and influence protected him from legal accountability.

Slavik contended that during this trial, Combs was supported by what he referred to as a “dedicated team of personal assistants,” whose primary objective was to cater to the defendant’s every whim, boost his influence, and safeguard his image, no matter the cost.

The prosecutors presented a document to Judge Arun Subramanian, asking for permission to modify certain aspects of their theories regarding the charges of attempted arson and kidnapping.

Despite Combs continuing to grapple with charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking (which encompass accusations of kidnapping and arson), the prosecutors stated in their June 24 letter that they had “eliminated guidelines from the charge concerning attempted kidnapping under both California and New York law, attempted arson under California law, and aiding and abetting sex trafficking.

The government expressed its expectation that making the language simpler not only aids in streamlining the instructions, but it also reduces potential misunderstandings.

Combs told JudgeSubramanian that he will not take the stand during his sex trafficking trial.

The judge made it clear that neither the rap mogul’s choice nor the jury’s verdict could imply his guilt simply because he chose not to testify.

Combs underscored the point that it was “strictly” his personal choice to not testify, after discussing the matter with his team.

He told the judge, “After a thorough discussion, I’ve made up my mind about this.

Teny Garagos, the defense attorney for Combs, communicated to the judge that both their team and the prosecution anticipate spending “a minimum of four hours” each on their final statements.

After Special Agent Joseph Cerciello of Homeland Security Investigations concluded his extensive testimony on June 24, the defense is set to present their case. In contrast to calling additional witnesses, Combs’ legal team plans to concentrate on the previously admitted evidence.

On June 23rd, during Ceriello’s testimony, graphic videos – allegedly originating from Diddy’s “freak off” events – were presented to the jury as exhibits.

As the special agent pointed out, there were 50 clearly marked videos from both 2021 and 2022. For the jury’s review, they were presented with two files each containing video content, which they viewed through headphones and screens.

In the voicemails to his ex-chief of staff Kristina Khorram, dated June 23, Combs outlined a particular set of demands while staying at a hotel in November 2021. These requests included replenishing baby oil – an item he often needed for his “freak off” sessions.

He told Khorram, “Give me a call when you start heading over.” And as for him, “I can’t believe I’ve run out! Stuff 20 bottles into it instead.” (Informal and colloquial)

As a completely smitten admirer, I enthusiastically proposed, “Absolutely! But I forgot my baby oil. Could you kindly leave it outside my door?

Through a group text chat, it was revealed that his ex-employee had messaged about setting up an IV drip for both him and Jane, which he apparently utilized in at least one instance of post-performance recuperation, as suggested by the conversation.

She also made sure that there were Plan-B pills, an emergency contraceptive, in his nightstand.

In this rephrased version, jurors were presented with a sequence of text messages exchanged between Combs and Ventura, wherein the artist commonly known as “Long Way 2 Go” openly discussed the impact her alleged mistreatment was having on her.

After Combs inquired if Ventura, who was his on-again, off-again girlfriend from 2007 to 2018, desired a break in March 2017, she responded, “No. I simply don’t want to be mistreated for standing up or any time. You make me feel insignificant.

In another instance, she further accused her ex of physically assaulting her.

In a letter sent in May, Ventura expressed: “I shower you with love, but just for a moment when I look away, you spiral out of control and pull me down the hallway by my hair. At 30 years old, this isn’t playful banter anymore. Last night, I felt like I was already deceased, and it wasn’t happening to me – it was simply so breathtakingly beautiful to witness your radiance.

Brendan Paul, who worked as Combs’ assistant from 2022 to 2024, stated under oath that he bought illegal substances like marijuana, 2C, cocaine, ketamine, and ecstasy for his boss on several instances.

According to Paul, who has had his fair share of job terminations due to various reasons like misplacing a Lululemon waist pack, our method involved sending messages to a drug supplier. In turn, this individual would visit one of the houses. He explained that he met them either through text exchanges or phone conversations.

However, Paul vehemently denied being a “drug mule” for the rap mogul.

On June 18, Judge Subramanian paused the court proceedings because one juror was absent due to sickness. Notably, there will be no court session on June 19, as it’s recognized as Juneteenth.

As a devoted follower of the proceedings, I was informed by the juror’s partner that one of our number is indisposed due to a bout of vertigo, forcing him to return home. Unfortunately, this absent juror is part of our regular panel, which seems to imply that we cannot proceed with today’s trial.

The judge acknowledged that it’s uncertain if the juror’s episode of vertigo, which brings about symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, headaches, and more, is short-lived or a persistent problem. However, they plan to keep an eye on the situation.

Since the court is closed on June 19th for Juneteenth, Judge Subramanian announced that the trial will restart on June 20th, operating from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a shorter daily session.

A short while after Judge Subramanian discharged Juror No. 6 due to inconsistencies regarding their residence, another juror might face dismissal following allegations of an unsuitable discussion about the case with a previous coworker. The suspect juror was interrogated by the judge and requested to surrender their phone for examination, as reported by NBC News.

By the close of the court session on June 16, no determination about the member’s termination had yet been reached.

On June 13th, Kanye West, famous for his hit “Stronger,” attended New York City’s courthouse to stand by Sean Combs (also known as Diddy). Despite being present for approximately half an hour, the rapper only visited the waiting area and did not step into the courtroom itself. The principal room is reserved exclusively for Combs’ family, legal representatives, media personnel, and spectators who patiently queue for hours to secure a seat.

Jane remembered the disagreement that occurred upon her return from a vacation in Las Vegas, where she accompanied another rapper and his spouse.

She declared that this incident resulted in acts of peeping tom behavior, following her request for services from Anton, a professional companion who they frequently engaged, on their trip. In the hotel room, a number of individuals observed him engaging in intimate activities with a woman.

I shared with Geragos, Combs’ attorney, that the esteemed rapper was displeased following my alleged presence at another man’s private gathering.

On the 21st day of Combs’ trial, Maurene Comey, an assistant U.S. attorney, indicated that her team intends to dismiss one of the twelve jurors.

She shared with Judge Subramanian before the jury’s entrance in the New York City courtroom, “We found it hard to include this in our letter, but it seemed deceptive towards the court, which we find troubling and raises significant concerns for us.

Defense attorney Alexandra Shapiro, mentioning that Juror No. 6 belongs to the Black members of the jury, requested a day or two to “compose a written response” and “review relevant legal precedents.

Instead, Judge Subramanian stated that he would “wait on addressing the matter concerning the juror” until a final decision has been reached.

On June 10, Jane found herself in a heated discussion with Garagos, who subtly implied that the witness was exchanging sexual favors for expensive items.

Lawyer Geragos examined text conversations from November 2021 between Jane and Combs, revealing the witness’s displeasure over Combs engaging in relationships with other women. According to the messages, she inquired about whether Combs had given the other woman a Chanel handbag following their intimate encounters.

Jane said that she didn’t get a Chanel purse from Combs, telling Garagos that she “got trauma.”

When the attorney asked what a Bottega bag was, she replied, “I’m sure you have one.”

And when Geragos asked how much the item costs, Jane asked, “How much does my body cost?”

Jane was granted a 10-minute break following the exchange.

As a lifestyle expert, I can share my personal perspective from 2022: I perceived Combs as an individual exhibiting traits associated with the term “cuckold.” This term refers to someone who derives pleasure from observing their partner engaging in intimate physical relationships with others. My understanding was based on my exploration of the dynamic between Jane and Combs.

She explained that her research helped clarify things for her, and she was simply eager to explore in depth the factors that contributed to their joy when witnessing their partner with other men.

It was suggested that Combs might be exploring his sexuality, as his preference for “hotel nights” seems strikingly similar to Ventura’s “freak offs.

As a devoted observer, I believe there’s another perspective to consider. Some individuals, often referred to as ‘cucks,’ might harbor a genuine fascination that they find too embarrassing to explore personally. Instead, they may employ a woman as a proxy to satisfy this curiosity, without actually participating in the act themselves.

Jane stated that she affectionately referred to Paul – an individual they frequently hired as an escort – as “Trifecta”. This was because, in her opinion, their intimate relationship mirrored the championship-winning performances of successful basketball players.

“I was Kobe Bryant and Paul was Shaq [O’Neil],” she told jurors. “Combs was Michael Jordan.”

She characterized Paul as “very kind,” pointing out that if she “were in such a situation,” having intimate relations with escorts would be more bearable knowing it was with someone who exuded a comforting aura.

In my account, the relationship between Combs and Khorram was a source of conflict for me when I had romantic feelings towards the rap mogul.

Jane mentioned that Khorram was usually by his side. She found it challenging in their relationship, and she thinks that her deep emotions towards him significantly impacted the way Sean interacted with her.

On June 10, Judge Subramanian dismissed a request for a mistrial from Combs’ legal team, who claimed that Ventura and her friend Bryana Bongolan had falsely alleged that the rap mogul had dangled Bongolan over a 17th-floor balcony.

In their latest submission, his legal team alleged that the prosecution had acted improperly by presenting false or dishonest testimony, a claim they refer to as “misconduct.

The letter states that during this trial, the government has provided evidence that was either untrue or they should have known it was untrue, concerning their claim that Mr. Combs allegedly hung Bryana Bongolan from the balcony of Cassie Ventura’s apartment in September 2016. To prevent an unfair verdict, the court is advised to declare a mistrial.

Jane alleged that the rap mogul had beaten her for hours June 2024.

Jane stated that she and Combs got into an argument over him being with a woman who was significantly younger, around 25 years his junior. This dispute allegedly escalated, with Jane referring to him as a “predator” and forcefully pushing his head against a marble kitchen counter.

According to the witness’s statement, she concealed herself in the main bedroom as Combs attempted to force open the door. (Evidence presented included pictures showing the damaged door.) She claimed that during her attempt to escape, the founder of Bad Boy Records kicked her on the back of the thigh, causing her to stumble.

She shared with the prosecutors that he had pinned her down and applied a chokehold, causing her to stand on her tiptoes due to lack of breath. Her intention was simply to escape his grasp.

Jane reported that she darted from the house and concealed herself behind a nearby wall for roughly two hours, wishing he would depart, yet he didn’t. She stated they eventually went back to his residence, where she huddled in the yard as a precaution since Combs supposedly assaulted her.

As stated by Jane, the disagreement intensified when it’s claimed that Combs reportedly struck her in retaliation. “He began hitting my head,” she testified to the court. “He began kicking me. He began spewing abusive language and continued to strike me.

She alleged that he told her that she was “trying to take him away from his kids and his family.”

She declared, “I replied, ‘No, I’m not. Please go away. Go. Stop it,'” she stated. However, instead of complying, he seized me by both my arm and my hair, forcibly dragging me back to the house… pulling me by my hair, pulling me by my arm.

Following the reported incident, Jane mentioned that she noticed two bumps about the size of golf balls on her forehead, along with a swollen and discolored eye.

In March 2023, Jane stated that her home, which is one of several properties belonging to mogul Sean Combs, was raided by Homeland Security Investigations. She disclosed that during this raid, she contacted Sean Combs’ head of security to inform him about the incident at her residence.

It’s said that the mogul was accused of threatening to expose their intimate videos to Jane’s baby’s father, which allegedly occurred in December 2023.

In response to their strained relationship, Jane claimed that Comb’s actions implied he felt he had “nothing to gain and nothing to lose” by sharing the videos. She later stated under oath, “The calls were one after another, relentless in their intensity.

Jane sent a message to Khorram regarding the incident, which was subsequently admitted as part of the court records. In her messages, Jane indicated that Combs had threatened to share the video, where she claimed to be “under the influence of strong drugs.

In my professional opinion as a lifestyle expert, I often find myself advocating for the importance of self-care and distance when necessary. So, in this context, she expressed her need for some space due to the emotional turmoil she was experiencing, which stemmed from the trauma inflicted by Combs.

Jane told the court that Khorram assured her that Combs would not use the footage.

During her testimony, Jane stated that certain aspects of Ventura’s November 2023 lawsuit, which was eventually resolved, seemed to align with her own encounter with Combs.

In the courtroom, I found myself on the brink of losing consciousness, and now, reflecting upon it, I believe I did indeed faint. Among the pages presented, there were three in particular that powerfully resonated with my ordeal.

In the context of Jane’s participation in “hotel nights,” she expressed that it seemed as though she was living out a personal narrative of her own. This experience prompted her to engage with Combs through text messages, ultimately leading to a confrontation.

In her response to Ventura’s lawsuit, she expressed her distress by stating, “It seems as if I’m reliving my own sexual trauma.” She added that she felt unwell and the words echoed her experiences of drug-fueled days and nights. She implied that this was a predictable outcome, accusing him of manipulating her emotions and causing her to lose her sanity.

The messages went on, leaving me deeply disturbed. They pushed me into situations that were one after another. You caused me to question my sanity regarding the sexual abuse I experienced. I feel severely violated. This was a clear case of sexual manipulation.

Later on, Combs referred to Jane during a conversation that was secretly recorded and later presented as evidence. In this discussion, he mentioned that “we did these actions” and that “it was then” when he required her “presence”.

Jane, unaware she was being taped, expressed feelings of discomfort or nausea towards Combs upon reviewing Ventura’s papers.

Jane shared that during her experiences at “Hotel Nights” with Combs and male companions, she usually used ecstasy. However, on one particular night, she chose to abstain from drugs while engaging in sexual activities with three different individuals.

On that particular evening, I was with several gentlemen, as she stated in court. Later on, she felt unwell and vomited. Suddenly, Sean appeared and suggested, ‘Don’t worry, you’ll feel better now. Let’s step outside.’

Jane said that at the end of the night, she felt “absolutely terrible.”

On the 18th day of the trial, Combs’ defense attorneys submitted a request for a retrial on June 7. They contended that Ventura and Bongolan falsely claimed that Bongolan was dangled over a 17th-floor balcony by the hip-hop mogul.

Lawyers representing Combs, whose request for a mistrial was rejected by Judge Subramanian, have alleged that the prosecution acted inappropriately by presenting false or dishonest testimony in court.

The letter suggests that during this trial, the government has offered evidence that was either incorrect or they reasonably should have known it was false, concerning their claim that Mr. Combs hung Bryana Bongolan over the balcony of Cassie Ventura’s apartment in September 2016. To prevent an unfair verdict in this case, it is recommended that the court declare a mistrial.

In my role as a lifestyle expert, I’d rephrase it like this: I was presented with a situation where Bongolan was accused of fabricating details about an occurrence. This accusation stemmed from what seemed to be inconsistencies in her narrative, which were highlighted by the defense. The prosecution has promised to address these points on June 9, and the judge will deliver his verdict the following day.

Jane stated that starting from April 2023, exactly two years into their relationship, P. Diddy (the rap mogul) began covering her home’s rent expenses. She mentioned that they had discussed and agreed a month earlier that he would give her a regular financial aid.

On that ‘hotel night,’ it’s vivid in my memory that Sean presented a sort of ‘love agreement’ between us,” she explained to the jury. “In essence, he was inquiring about the amount I desired as my allowance.

month, just moving forward, that’s what he was going to do for me.”

She stated that he proposed an allowance of 10,000 when she suggested 15,000. Following our search for new accommodations, we moved into a larger and more spacious home using the allocated budget. I desired a place where my child and I could comfortably reside and find some equilibrium in our relationship. After offering him all my affection, this was his way of reciprocating.

According to Jane’s statement, as outlined in the contract, she is entitled to receive funds “without being pressured, for a period of two years, for all items specified.

Jane openly discussed experiencing frequent urinary tract infections (UTIs) and yeast infections nearly every week due to extended sexual encounters. To manage these issues, she regularly used antibiotics. She also confessed that she sometimes engaged in sex before completely healing from UTIs and often felt discomfort in her pelvic region during all nights spent at hotels.

The witness additionally disclosed that she experienced discomfort in her shoulders and lower back during the act. Moreover, she mentioned, “I found myself on the very edge of the chair or the bed, assuming the positions he preferred for foreplay with these partners.

Even though she felt the discomfort, Jane chose not to share it with Combs as she preferred not to convey any negative feelings.

However, she claimed that the discomfort wasn’t confined to their bedroom encounters alone. She informed the jury that she had her nipples pierced at Combs’ behest, as he had reportedly stated it would “stimulate him greatly and that was what he desired from his partner.

She said she removed the piercings because they “snagged and bled and got infected.”

However, she testified that Combs was unhappy with her decision.

She claimed that at the beginning, he appeared to be fine with the situation. However, as time went on, it became clear that he was growing increasingly frustrated by the length of time it was taking for you to complete the task.

She commented, “He would often remark, ‘It’s the last time I see you unless you have piercings.’
