Sean “Diddy” Combs’ son Justin Combs has been accused of facilitating a woman’s alleged gang rape.

During the ongoing federal trial of rapper Diddy on sex trafficking charges, he and his father are currently involved in a civil lawsuit. The suit was filed by a woman who claims she was drugged and sexually assaulted by three masked men during a 2017 trip to Los Angeles that was arranged by Justin. This allegation is detailed in court documents obtained by TopMob News on June 26.

The woman claimed in her complaint that she had met Justin on Snapchat. She asserted that he tricked her into traveling from New Orleans by suggesting he could secure her a job at Remote TV in Atlanta using his and his father’s connections.

Upon her arrival, the woman stated that she and Justin, who is the offspring of Bad Boy Records founder and Misa Hylton, spent their time at a house in Beverly Hills drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana, which she suspected was laced because of its unusual effects on her. Moreover, she claimed that Justin, the music mogul’s son, persuaded her to take multiple pills or ‘poppers’ throughout the day.

Following her drug intake, the woman claimed that three masked individuals entered her home and, according to her account, repeatedly sexually assaulted her from late Saturday night until early Sunday afternoon.

Over the weekend, I found myself in an unthinkable, harrowing situation: I was under the influence of something against my will, and three shadowy figures invaded my space. They violated me, taking turns to assault me both orally and anally while I lay there helpless, drugged and powerless, from the evening on Saturday until midday on Sunday.

Even though the woman didn’t recognize two individuals, she implicated Diddy as the third party involved, based partly on his physical characteristics and behaviors, as well as the fact that Justin had once called him ‘Pops,’ according to her claim.

The woman claimed that her prospective employment at Remote TV didn’t come to fruition, and she endured intense emotional turmoil, deep sorrow, fear, apprehension, shame, humiliation, physical harm, psychological harm, trauma, and distress due to the alleged event.

She has filed a lawsuit against both members of the father-son team, along with Diddy’s enterprises, due to allegations of sexual misconduct, gender violence, and negligence in oversight.

In response to the lawsuit, Diddy’s legal team denied the allegations on his behalf.

In their court submission, the prosecution asked Judge Arun Subramanian to change certain aspects of their proposed arguments for attempted arson and kidnapping.

Despite Sean “Diddy” Combs continuing to confront racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges, which encompass accusations of kidnapping and arson, the prosecutors mentioned in their June 24 letter that they have eliminated instructions from the charge concerning attempted kidnapping according to both California and New York law, attempted arson according to California law, and aiding and abetting sex trafficking.

The government expressed their expectation that making the language simpler not only aids in streamlining the guidelines, but also prevents potential misunderstandings.

Combs told Judge Subramanian that he will not take the stand during his sex trafficking trial.

The judge underscored that neither the rap mogul nor the jury could deduce or infer his guilt simply because he chose not to testify.

Combs made it clear that his choice not to testify was entirely his own, stressing that the decision was solely his.

Teny Garagos, the lawyer defending Combs, informed the judge that both their team and the prosecution anticipate requiring “at least four hours” for each of their closing statements.

After Special Agent Joseph Cerciello from Homeland Security Investigations concluded his extended testimony for the prosecution on June 24th, the defense is now set to present their case. In contrast to calling additional witnesses, Combs’ legal team has chosen to concentrate on the already presented evidence instead.

On June 23rd, as part of Ceriello’s testimony, the jury was presented with graphic videos, allegedly originating from Diddy’s “freak off” events, which were subsequently admitted as evidence in court.

Brendan Paul, who worked as Combs’ assistant from 2022 to 2024, stated under oath that he bought illegal substances like marijuana, 2C, cocaine, ketamine, and ecstasy for his boss on several different occasions.

Paul explained that they’d communicate with the drug dealer via text messages, and subsequently, the dealer would visit one of their homes. He added that he met these individuals primarily through text messages or phone conversations.

However, Paul vehemently denied being a “drug mule” for the rap mogul.

On June 18, Judge Subramanian paused the court proceedings and closed the courtroom because one of the main jurors was sick and absent. However, there will be no court session held on June 19 as it is Juneteenth.

The judge stated that one of our jurors is unwell and had an episode of dizziness, causing them to return home. We were informed by their partner. As a result, this juror is absent, and they are part of our regular jury, which suggests we may need to postpone the proceedings today.

The judge acknowledged that it’s uncertain if the juror’s sudden bout of vertigo, characterized by dizziness, nausea, headaches, and additional symptoms, is temporary or a chronic condition. However, they will keep a close eye on the development of the case to account for any changes.

Since the court wasn’t sitting on June 19th due to Juneteenth, Judge Subramanian announced that the trial would pick up again on June 20th, with a condensed session, lasting from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Following Judge Subramanian’s decision to dismiss Juror No. 6 due to inconsistencies about their home address, another juror might be expelled due to an alleged inappropriate discussion about the case with a past coworker. This potential offender has been called upon by the judge and asked to surrender their phone for examination, as reported by NBC News.

The court hadn’t reached a verdict regarding the member’s dismissal by the time the June 16 session ended.

On June 13th, Kanye West showed up at the New York City courthouse to stand by Combs. Famous for his hit song “Stronger,” Kanye was inside the building for approximately 30 minutes. He paid a quick visit to the waiting area but didn’t step into the courtroom itself. Jane and Garagos engaged in a heated discussion on June 10, with the latter suggesting that the former was involved in exchanging sexual favors for expensive items.

Lawyer Geragos scrutinized messages from November 2021 between Jane and Combs, revealing that the witness expressed displeasure because Combs was involved with other women. According to the texts, she inquired whether Combs had given the other woman a Chanel bag as a post-encounter gift.

Jane said that she didn’t get a Chanel purse from Combs, telling Garagos that she “got trauma.”

When the attorney asked what a Bottega bag was, she replied, “I’m sure you have one.”

And when Geragos asked how much the item costs, Jane asked, “How much does my body cost?”

Jane was granted a 10-minute break following the exchange.

In approximately the year 2022, it was stated by Jane that she thought Combs was someone who derived pleasure from observing their partner engaging in physical intimacy with someone else, following her investigation into their romantic relationship dynamics.

“I was Kobe Bryant and Paul was Shaq [O’Neil],” she told jurors. “Combs was Michael Jordan.”

In their latest court filing, his legal team alleges that the prosecution has acted unprofessionally by presenting false testimony (perjury) and misbehavior in the trial.

The letter states that during the court case, the government has provided evidence that was either incorrect or they should have known it was incorrect regarding their claim that Mr. Combs had hung Bryana Bongolan over the balcony of Cassie Ventura’s apartment in September 2016. To ensure a fair trial and prevent an unjust conviction, the court should declare a mistrial.

Jane alleged that the rap mogul had beaten her for hours June 2024.

Jane stated that she had an argument with Combs over his association with a woman much younger than himself, which in turn led her to call him a “predator” and shove his head into a marble kitchen countertop.

According to the witness, she concealed herself in the main bedroom as Combs attempted to force open the door. (Evidence was submitted showing the damaged door.) She claimed that during her attempt to escape, the founder of Bad Boy Records kicked her on the back of the thigh, causing her to stumble.

She explained to the prosecutor that he had pinned her down with a chokehold, raised her off the ground, leaving her struggling for breath while standing on her tiptoes. Her intention was simply to escape his grasp.

Jane mentioned that she rushed out of the house, concealed herself near a wall outside for roughly two hours, hoping he would depart, yet he didn’t. Later on, they went back to his residence, where she huddled in the yard to shield herself, as Combs is said to have assaulted her.

She alleged that he told her that she was “trying to take him away from his kids and his family.” 

She testified, “I responded, ‘No, I’m not. Please go away. Go. Stop it,’ but instead of leaving, he took hold of my arm and my hair, pulling me back towards the house. He did this by my hair, by my arm.

Following the reported incident, Jane mentioned that she noticed two swellings about the size of golf balls on her forehead, along with a blackened eye.

Jane stated that in March 2023, Homeland Security conducted raids on her home, which was one among several properties belonging to tycoon Sean Combs, as well as numerous other residences he owns. She recounted that agents visited her property, prompting her to contact the head of security at Combs’ organization to inform them about the incident.

In December 2023, it was claimed by Jane that the influential figure had threatened to expose intimate videos of them and share them with her child’s father.

As Jane and Combs’ connection weakened, she claimed he expressed to her that he had “no more to gain or lose” by sharing the videos. She later stated, “There were constant, persistent phone calls.

Jane shared a message with Khorram regarding the incident, and this conversation became part of the court records. In her messages, Jane stated that Combs had threatened to publish the video where she claimed to be under heavy influence of drugs.

She mentioned that she required some distance from Combs, as she was seeking to overcome the emotional distress he inflicted.

Jane told the court that Khorram assured her that Combs would not use the footage.

The texts went on, expressing deep discomfort. It seemed like I had no choice but to comply with one thing after another. You caused me to question my own sanity regarding the sexual distress I experienced. I feel deeply violated. This was a clear instance of sexual abuse.

Later on, Combs referred to Jane in their conversation, which was secretly recorded by him and later used as evidence. During the conversation, he mentioned that “we did these actions” and that “it was then” when he required her “to be present.

In their argument, lawyers representing Combs contended that the prosecution engaged in misbehavior by presenting false testimony under oath, which is referred to as introducing perjury. However, Judge Subramanian had previously rejected their request for a mistrial.

The letter states that during this trial, the government has provided evidence which they either knew was untrue or should have known was misleading regarding their claim about Mr. Combs hanging Bryana Bongolan off the balcony of Cassie Ventura’s apartment in September 2016. To prevent an unfair verdict in this case, the court should declare a mistrial.

In a turn of events, the defense has implicated Bongolan for fabricating details regarding the event, citing certain suspected discrepancies in her narrative. The prosecution is set to counter on June 9, and the judge will deliver his verdict the following day.

In April 2023, which marked their second year together, Jane stated that Sean Combs began covering her home rent expenses. This arrangement has continued up until now. A month beforehand, according to Jane, she and the well-known rapper had agreed on providing her with a regular financial assistance.

The witness, who was in a relationship with Combs from 2021 to 2024, stated that they were both at a sushi dinner. She shared her joy being with her partner, expressing how affectionate he was. He then mentioned his eagerness to watch the performer later on.

She went on to say, ‘I hadn’t anticipated this,’ she added. ‘When I asked, ‘Is this an entertainer?’ I was speechless. But he replied, ‘Today is your birthday. Let’s celebrate.’ So, I simply agreed.’

Jane, who broke down while testifying, expressed that the escort seemed “more like a stranger to me than anyone else.

On my birthday,” she stated in court, “I didn’t feel like doing what we usually do on that day. Instead, I stayed on the couch, preparing myself for an intimate moment, hoping to quickly conclude it. I requested a condom from Sean. His reaction was quite unfavorable. He gave me a disapproving look, as if shaking his head, and said something along the lines of ‘You shouldn’t be asking for a condom.’

Following the reported incident where the rap mogul gave the escort birth control, “Jane” expressed that he seemed very unconcerned or indifferent.

She stated that he was departing, and during the whole incident, he seemed disheartened which greatly saddened her. All I desired was for it to conclude swiftly.

Jane claimed that the longest stretch of staying at a hotel lasted from New Year’s Eve in 2022 and continued for approximately 3 to 3.5 days. She admitted to using “ecstasy, caffeine, water, and protein shakes” to keep herself awake during an extended all-night sexual encounter.
