Warning: This article contains allegations of sexual assault.
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ son Justin Combs has been accused of facilitating a woman’s alleged gang rape.
During the ongoing federal trial of rapper Diddy on sex trafficking charges, he and his father are currently involved in a civil lawsuit. The suit was filed by a woman who claims she was drugged and sexually assaulted by three masked men during a 2017 trip to Los Angeles that was arranged by Justin. This allegation is detailed in court documents obtained by TopMob News on June 26.
The woman claimed in her complaint that she had met Justin on Snapchat. She asserted that he tricked her into traveling from New Orleans by suggesting he could secure her a job at Remote TV in Atlanta using his and his father’s connections.
Upon her arrival, the woman stated that she and Justin, who is the offspring of Bad Boy Records founder and Misa Hylton, spent their time at a house in Beverly Hills drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana, which she suspected was laced because of its unusual effects on her. Moreover, she claimed that Justin, the music mogul’s son, persuaded her to take multiple pills or ‘poppers’ throughout the day.
Following her drug intake, the woman claimed that three masked individuals entered her home and, according to her account, repeatedly sexually assaulted her from late Saturday night until early Sunday afternoon.
Over the weekend, I found myself in an unthinkable, harrowing situation: I was under the influence of something against my will, and three shadowy figures invaded my space. They violated me, taking turns to assault me both orally and anally while I lay there helpless, drugged and powerless, from the evening on Saturday until midday on Sunday.
Even though the woman didn’t recognize two individuals, she implicated Diddy as the third party involved, based partly on his physical characteristics and behaviors, as well as the fact that Justin had once called him ‘Pops,’ according to her claim.
The woman claimed that her prospective employment at Remote TV didn’t come to fruition, and she endured intense emotional turmoil, deep sorrow, fear, apprehension, shame, humiliation, physical harm, psychological harm, trauma, and distress due to the alleged event.
She has filed a lawsuit against both members of the father-son team, along with Diddy’s enterprises, due to allegations of sexual misconduct, gender violence, and negligence in oversight.
TopMob News has reached out to Justin’s rep for comment but has not heard back.
In response to the lawsuit, Diddy’s legal team denied the allegations on his behalf.
Regardless of the number of lawsuits against him, it’s important to note that Mr. Combs has never been involved in sexual assault or human trafficking – whether the accusers are men, women, adults, or minors. We reside in an era where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. However, we have a reliable system of justice to uncover the truth, and Mr. Combs trusts that he will be vindicated in court.
Approaching the final stages of Diddy’s federal trial, let’s delve deeper into the unfolding court events.
In their court submission, the prosecution asked Judge Arun Subramanian to change certain aspects of their proposed arguments for attempted arson and kidnapping.
Despite Sean “Diddy” Combs continuing to confront racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges, which encompass accusations of kidnapping and arson, the prosecutors mentioned in their June 24 letter that they have eliminated instructions from the charge concerning attempted kidnapping according to both California and New York law, attempted arson according to California law, and aiding and abetting sex trafficking.
The government expressed their expectation that making the language simpler not only aids in streamlining the guidelines, but also prevents potential misunderstandings.
Combs told Judge Subramanian that he will not take the stand during his sex trafficking trial.
The judge underscored that neither the rap mogul nor the jury could deduce or infer his guilt simply because he chose not to testify.
Combs made it clear that his choice not to testify was entirely his own, stressing that the decision was solely his.
As a die-hard fan, I’ve given this matter due thought, and here’s where I stand – it’s all on me. That’s right, it’s my call, and I’m standing by it.
Teny Garagos, the lawyer defending Combs, informed the judge that both their team and the prosecution anticipate requiring “at least four hours” for each of their closing statements.
After Special Agent Joseph Cerciello from Homeland Security Investigations concluded his extended testimony for the prosecution on June 24th, the defense is now set to present their case. In contrast to calling additional witnesses, Combs’ legal team has chosen to concentrate on the already presented evidence instead.
On June 23rd, as part of Ceriello’s testimony, the jury was presented with graphic videos, allegedly originating from Diddy’s “freak off” events, which were subsequently admitted as evidence in court.
As the special agent pointed out, they discovered 50 explicit videos dating back to both 2021 and 2022. During the trial, jurors were provided with two of these files to view on their headphones and screens.
As your go-to lifestyle advisor, let me share an interesting tidbit I recently came across. In a conversation with my former right-hand person, Kristina Khorram, on the 23rd of June, it was revealed that back in November 2021, during my hotel stays, I had a unique set of preferences. For instance, one request was to ensure the supply of baby oil was replenished regularly. This item, you see, played an essential role in a peculiar pastime of mine that goes by the name “freak offs.” Quite an intriguing detail, isn’t it?
He told Khorram, “Give me a call when you’re heading over,” and added, “I can’t believe I’m out of stock. Stuff 20 bottles into it.” (informal)
Overjoyed by Khorram’s decision to prolong our hotel stay for another day, I eagerly shared, “Alright! You’ll find the baby oil just outside our room door.
Through text messages, it was mentioned that his ex-employee had been setting up an IV drip for him and “Jane”, who will be referred to as such during the trial, which he apparently utilized in at least one of his “freak off” recovery sessions, as suggested by the group texts.
She also made sure that there were Plan-B pills, an emergency contraceptive, in his nightstand.
The jurors got to see a sequence of text conversations between Combs and Ventura, in which the artist who sings “Long Way 2 Go” openly discussed the impact that the alleged mistreatment had on her.
In March 2017, Combs asked Ventura, who he had an on-off relationship with from 2007 to 2018, if she wanted a break. She responded, “No, I don’t want to be mistreated for being strong-willed or any time. You make me feel insignificant.
In another instance, she further accused her ex of physically assaulting her.
In a letter penned in May, Ventura stated, “I shower you with love, but as soon as I briefly look away, you spiral out of control, dragging me down the hallway by my hair. At 30 years old, I’m not just playing around anymore. Last night, it felt like I was already deceased, and it wasn’t happening to someone else because the sight of your radiance was so breathtakingly beautiful.
Brendan Paul, who worked as Combs’ assistant from 2022 to 2024, stated under oath that he bought illegal substances like marijuana, 2C, cocaine, ketamine, and ecstasy for his boss on several different occasions.
Paul explained that they’d communicate with the drug dealer via text messages, and subsequently, the dealer would visit one of their homes. He added that he met these individuals primarily through text messages or phone conversations.
However, Paul vehemently denied being a “drug mule” for the rap mogul.
On June 18, Judge Subramanian paused the court proceedings and closed the courtroom because one of the main jurors was sick and absent. However, there will be no court session held on June 19 as it is Juneteenth.
The judge stated that one of our jurors is unwell and had an episode of dizziness, causing them to return home. We were informed by their partner. As a result, this juror is absent, and they are part of our regular jury, which suggests we may need to postpone the proceedings today.
The judge acknowledged that it’s uncertain if the juror’s sudden bout of vertigo, characterized by dizziness, nausea, headaches, and additional symptoms, is temporary or a chronic condition. However, they will keep a close eye on the development of the case to account for any changes.
Since the court wasn’t sitting on June 19th due to Juneteenth, Judge Subramanian announced that the trial would pick up again on June 20th, with a condensed session, lasting from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Following Judge Subramanian’s decision to dismiss Juror No. 6 due to inconsistencies about their home address, another juror might be expelled due to an alleged inappropriate discussion about the case with a past coworker. This potential offender has been called upon by the judge and asked to surrender their phone for examination, as reported by NBC News.
The court hadn’t reached a verdict regarding the member’s dismissal by the time the June 16 session ended.
On June 13th, Kanye West showed up at the New York City courthouse to stand by Combs. Famous for his hit song “Stronger,” Kanye was inside the building for approximately 30 minutes. He paid a quick visit to the waiting area but didn’t step into the courtroom itself. The principal room is reserved exclusively for Combs’ family, legal team, media, and spectators who endure long hours in line to secure a seat.
Jane remembered a disagreement that took place upon her return from a trip to Las Vegas, where she had accompanied another rapper and his spouse.
During the trip, she admitted that events unfolded which involved peeping tom behavior, as she had requested the services of Anton, a prostitute they frequently engaged, leading to a situation in a hotel room where several individuals witnessed Anton having intimate relations with another woman.
Jane communicated to Geragos, Combs’ lawyer, that the hip-hop magnate was displeased following his accusation that she had been present at another man’s “wild party.
21st day into Combs’ trial, Maurene Comey, an assistant U.S. attorney, mentioned that they plan to dismiss one juror from the pool of twelve.
She expressed to Judge Subramanian before the jury’s entrance in the New York City courtroom, “We were hesitant to include this in our letter. It seemed like there was an absence of honesty towards the court, which presents significant concerns for us.
Defense attorney Alexandra Shapiro, who pointed out that Juror No. 6 belongs to the Black members of the jury, requested a brief timeframe of one or two days to prepare written responses and review relevant legal precedents in this case.
In response, Judge Subramanian stated that he would “set aside a decision” regarding the juror until a final choice has been made.
Jane and Garagos engaged in a heated discussion on June 10, with the latter suggesting that the former was involved in exchanging sexual favors for expensive items.
Lawyer Geragos scrutinized messages from November 2021 between Jane and Combs, revealing that the witness expressed displeasure because Combs was involved with other women. According to the texts, she inquired whether Combs had given the other woman a Chanel bag as a post-encounter gift.
Jane said that she didn’t get a Chanel purse from Combs, telling Garagos that she “got trauma.”
When the attorney asked what a Bottega bag was, she replied, “I’m sure you have one.”
And when Geragos asked how much the item costs, Jane asked, “How much does my body cost?”
Jane was granted a 10-minute break following the exchange.
In approximately the year 2022, it was stated by Jane that she thought Combs was someone who derived pleasure from observing their partner engaging in physical intimacy with someone else, following her investigation into their romantic relationship dynamics.
She explained that her study provided deeper insights,” she said, “as she aimed to explore in depth the factors leading to their intense enjoyment of seeing their partner involved with others.
It was suggested that the reason Combs frequently requested “hotel nights” could resemble Ventura’s “freak offs” is possibly due to him exploring his own sexuality.
She stated, “Those individuals labeled as ‘cucks’ might harbor a genuine curiosity they find embarrassing to explore personally. Instead, they may employ a woman as a means to satisfy their curiosity, without actually engaging in the action directly.
Jane stated that she affectionately referred to Paul, an escort they frequently hired with P. Diddy, as “Trifecta.” The reason for this nickname was that she likened their intimate relationship to the impressive performance of renowned basketball players on the court.
“I was Kobe Bryant and Paul was Shaq [O’Neil],” she told jurors. “Combs was Michael Jordan.”
She characterized Paul as “very kind,” pointing out that if she were to engage in intimate encounters with escorts, it would be comforting to know that it was with someone who radiated a positive and inviting aura.
Jane stated that the relationship between Combs and Khorram was a source of disagreement or conflict in her romantic involvement with the hip-hop tycoon.
Jane mentioned that Khorram was usually by his side, and this dynamic presented challenges in their relationship. She suspects that Khorram harbored intense feelings towards her, which significantly impacted the way Sean behaved towards her.
On June 10th, Judge Subramanian refused my legal team’s request for a mistrial. They had argued that Ventura and her companion Bryana Bongolan were not truthful about the allegation that I had dangled Bongolan over a 17th-floor balcony.
In their latest court filing, his legal team alleges that the prosecution has acted unprofessionally by presenting false testimony (perjury) and misbehavior in the trial.
The letter states that during the court case, the government has provided evidence that was either incorrect or they should have known it was incorrect regarding their claim that Mr. Combs had hung Bryana Bongolan over the balcony of Cassie Ventura’s apartment in September 2016. To ensure a fair trial and prevent an unjust conviction, the court should declare a mistrial.
Jane alleged that the rap mogul had beaten her for hours June 2024.
Jane stated that she had an argument with Combs over his association with a woman much younger than himself, which in turn led her to call him a “predator” and shove his head into a marble kitchen countertop.
According to the witness, she concealed herself in the main bedroom as Combs attempted to force open the door. (Evidence was submitted showing the damaged door.) She claimed that during her attempt to escape, the founder of Bad Boy Records kicked her on the back of the thigh, causing her to stumble.
She explained to the prosecutor that he had pinned her down with a chokehold, raised her off the ground, leaving her struggling for breath while standing on her tiptoes. Her intention was simply to escape his grasp.
Jane mentioned that she rushed out of the house, concealed herself near a wall outside for roughly two hours, hoping he would depart, yet he didn’t. Later on, they went back to his residence, where she huddled in the yard to shield herself, as Combs is said to have assaulted her.
As an over-the-moon fanatic, I can’t help but share the account given by Jane: The argument between Combs took a turn for the worse when he, allegedly, retaliated by punching her in the back. In the courtroom, she recounted the chilling incident, “He began to strike my head repeatedly.” Further, she described him kicking her and hurling abusive words at her. The horrifying ordeal continued as he persisted in his assault, relentlessly punching me.
She alleged that he told her that she was “trying to take him away from his kids and his family.”
She testified, “I responded, ‘No, I’m not. Please go away. Go. Stop it,’ but instead of leaving, he took hold of my arm and my hair, pulling me back towards the house. He did this by my hair, by my arm.
Following the reported incident, Jane mentioned that she noticed two swellings about the size of golf balls on her forehead, along with a blackened eye.
Jane stated that in March 2023, Homeland Security conducted raids on her home, which was one among several properties belonging to tycoon Sean Combs, as well as numerous other residences he owns. She recounted that agents visited her property, prompting her to contact the head of security at Combs’ organization to inform them about the incident.
In December 2023, it was claimed by Jane that the influential figure had threatened to expose intimate videos of them and share them with her child’s father.
As Jane and Combs’ connection weakened, she claimed he expressed to her that he had “no more to gain or lose” by sharing the videos. She later stated, “There were constant, persistent phone calls.
Jane shared a message with Khorram regarding the incident, and this conversation became part of the court records. In her messages, Jane stated that Combs had threatened to publish the video where she claimed to be under heavy influence of drugs.
She mentioned that she required some distance from Combs, as she was seeking to overcome the emotional distress he inflicted.
Jane told the court that Khorram assured her that Combs would not use the footage.
In my fervent enthusiasm, I’d like to rephrase: During her testimony, it was mentioned by Jane that certain aspects of Ventura’s November 2023 lawsuit, a case eventually settled, strikingly resonated with her personal encounters with Combs.
She confided in the jurors, “I came very close to losing consciousness, and it seems I may have actually fainted.” She added, while tears streamed down her face, “There were three particular pages that painted a chilling picture of my ordeal.
Jane, who participated in the “hotel nights,” shared that it seemed as if she was living out her personal “novel.” This experience prompted her to exchange text messages with Combs.
In her response to Ventura’s lawsuit, she expressed feeling as if she was reliving her own experiences of sexual trauma through her reading. She stated that she felt unwell, and the words were strikingly similar to her drug-ridden days and nights. She implied that this outcome was something she had anticipated, and suggested that he manipulated her, causing her to lose her sense of reality.
The texts went on, expressing deep discomfort. It seemed like I had no choice but to comply with one thing after another. You caused me to question my own sanity regarding the sexual distress I experienced. I feel deeply violated. This was a clear instance of sexual abuse.
Later on, Combs referred to Jane in their conversation, which was secretly recorded by him and later used as evidence. During the conversation, he mentioned that “we did these actions” and that “it was then” when he required her “to be present.
Jane, unaware that she was being filmed, expressed to Combs that she felt extremely queasy upon reviewing Ventura’s papers.
Jane mentioned that during the “Hotel Nights” she shared with Combs and male escorts, she usually was under the influence of ecstasy. However, on one particular night, she chose to abstain from using any drugs during her intimate encounter with three men.
She declared under oath that she spent the evening with several gentlemen. Later on, she became ill and vomited. Then, Sean appeared and said reassuringly, “Don’t worry, you’ll feel better now. Shall we step outside instead?
Jane said that at the end of the night, she felt “absolutely terrible.”
On the eighteenth day of the trial, Combs’ defense team submitted a request for a mistrial on June 7th. They claimed that Ventura and Bongolan had falsely testified about Bongolan being suspended over a 17th-floor balcony by the rap mogul.
In their argument, lawyers representing Combs contended that the prosecution engaged in misbehavior by presenting false testimony under oath, which is referred to as introducing perjury. However, Judge Subramanian had previously rejected their request for a mistrial.
The letter states that during this trial, the government has provided evidence which they either knew was untrue or should have known was misleading regarding their claim about Mr. Combs hanging Bryana Bongolan off the balcony of Cassie Ventura’s apartment in September 2016. To prevent an unfair verdict in this case, the court should declare a mistrial.
In a turn of events, the defense has implicated Bongolan for fabricating details regarding the event, citing certain suspected discrepancies in her narrative. The prosecution is set to counter on June 9, and the judge will deliver his verdict the following day.
In April 2023, which marked their second year together, Jane stated that Sean Combs began covering her home rent expenses. This arrangement has continued up until now. A month beforehand, according to Jane, she and the well-known rapper had agreed on providing her with a regular financial assistance.
On that special night at the hotel, it was then that Sean presented us with a sort of ‘agreement of love’ between us, as she explained to the jury. Essentially, he asked me to specify my desired allowance within our relationship.
month, just moving forward, that’s what he was going to do for me.”
She mentioned that she stated a figure of 15,000 for the allowance, but he replied with 10,000 instead. This is what she shared about it. When it came to searching for new living spaces, I decided to make a move and settled into a new home. The budget I had in mind was substantial, as I desired a large and roomy dwelling that my child and I could savor together. It was crucial for me to have a place where we could both unwind, attaining a sense of harmony in our relationship. Previously, I had been pouring all my affection into him, and this was his way of reciprocating.
Jane claimed, according to the contract, she was entitled to funds “without any undue haste for a period of two years.
Jane openly shared that she frequently experienced urinary tract infections and yeast infections nearly every week due to prolonged intimate sessions. To manage this, she often relied on antibiotics regularly. Furthermore, she confessed that she sometimes engaged in sexual activity before fully recuperating from these infections. Moreover, during “100 percent” of her stays at hotels, she grappled with discomfort in her pelvic region.
The witness additionally disclosed that she experienced discomfort in her shoulders and spine during the act. Furthermore, she mentioned, “I found myself on the very edge of the chair or the mattress, assuming the positions he preferred for foreplay with those men.
Although she endured the pain, Jane chose not to disclose it to Combs as she preferred not to convey any negative feelings.
However, she claimed the discomfort wasn’t limited to their bedroom encounters alone. In court, she testified that she had her nipples pierced at Combs’ behest, as he supposedly said it would greatly excite him and was something he desired from his partner.
She said she removed the piercings because they “snagged and bled and got infected.”
However, she testified that Combs was unhappy with her decision.
She claimed that initially, he appeared fine with the situation. However, as time went on, it became clear to her that he was growing increasingly frustrated with how long it was taking her to complete the task at hand.
I can’t help but share this quote of his: ‘When next we meet, pray you bear some new jewelry in your ears – it’s my preference to gaze upon a pierced visage.’ Such is the fervor of my admiration!
On her birthday in 2023, Jane claimed that she was pressured to spend several hours at an overnight event held at a hotel against her personal preferences.
Even though he was reportedly told multiple times by her that she wasn’t interested, and the incident bore a striking resemblance to Ventura’s experiences at “freak offs”, she claimed that he unexpectedly brought an ‘entertainer’ to their dinner instead.
The witness, who was in a relationship with Combs from 2021 to 2024, stated that they were both at a sushi dinner. She shared her joy being with her partner, expressing how affectionate he was. He then mentioned his eagerness to watch the performer later on.
She went on to say, ‘I hadn’t anticipated this,’ she added. ‘When I asked, ‘Is this an entertainer?’ I was speechless. But he replied, ‘Today is your birthday. Let’s celebrate.’ So, I simply agreed.’
Jane, who broke down while testifying, expressed that the escort seemed “more like a stranger to me than anyone else.
On my birthday,” she stated in court, “I didn’t feel like doing what we usually do on that day. Instead, I stayed on the couch, preparing myself for an intimate moment, hoping to quickly conclude it. I requested a condom from Sean. His reaction was quite unfavorable. He gave me a disapproving look, as if shaking his head, and said something along the lines of ‘You shouldn’t be asking for a condom.’
Following the reported incident where the rap mogul gave the escort birth control, “Jane” expressed that he seemed very unconcerned or indifferent.
She stated that he was departing, and during the whole incident, he seemed disheartened which greatly saddened her. All I desired was for it to conclude swiftly.
Jane claimed that the longest stretch of staying at a hotel lasted from New Year’s Eve in 2022 and continued for approximately 3 to 3.5 days. She admitted to using “ecstasy, caffeine, water, and protein shakes” to keep herself awake during an extended all-night sexual encounter.
Jane stated that even after requesting Combs multiple times for the male escorts to use protection, like condoms, during their hotel stays, he is said to have declined.
In a rather defensive manner, he made me feel guilty, as if I had wronged him,” she explained to the jury. “He hadn’t wanted to discuss it… It seemed he yearned to shift focus from the topic entirely. ‘It wasn’t an option for us to continue this conversation,’ he asserted. ‘I didn’t want a reminder while I was engaged, so please cease bringing it up.’
