Succession’s Nicholas Braun Arrested for Misdemeanor DUI

Nicholas Braun has gotten into some legal trouble.

On August 30 in Moultonborough, New Hampshire, it is reported that a star from the show “Succession” was stopped and taken into custody, following an incident where he was suspected of driving while intoxicated. This information was shared by the Carroll County jail in New Hampshire with Us Weekly on September 2.

As reported by TMZ, who broke the news first, Scooter Braun spent approximately an hour in a Carroll County jail before being freed without bail. Apparently, due to malfunctioning police station cameras, no mugshot was taken of the 37-year-old. According to their report, his court date is yet to come.

TopMob News has reached out to police and to Braun’s attorney for comment but has not heard back.

The arrest of Braun happened only half a year following the instance when the actor from “The Perks of Being a Wallflower” publicly declared his romantic involvement with Hyunji Ward, which he did by posting about it on Instagram during her birthday.

In March, he penned down these words: “Wishing you a Happy Birthday, my dearest darling! You bring such happiness into my world. You help me become my best version!” He accompanied his message with several images of them together, as he is the boss at TeaTime Pictures.

Although they’ve generally maintained a low profile with regards to their relationship, the pair has occasionally attended events together. For instance, they were seen at an Emmy Awards after-party in January (though the details were not disclosed), followed by a joint appearance at a Netflix event the next month.
