Joe Biden is on the mend.

The ex-President is reported by his representative to be in good health following a treatment called Mohs surgery, which was used to excise skin cancer from his head, according to a report by NBC News on September 4th.

Despite the spokesperson not specifying the exact date of the procedure, there was a noticeable scar on the 82-year-old’s head during a public appearance in Delaware on August 22. This procedure is typically used for treating basal cell carcinomas and squamous cell carcinomas, as stated by SkinCancer.org, which are the two most common forms of skin cancer.

In the year 2023, during a regular check-up, Biden underwent a procedure to excise a malignant mole found on his chest.
