Taylor Momsen Reveals Workout Behind Her Jaw-Dropping Abs

One secret Taylor Momsen will tell is the one behind her rigorous fitness routine.

The former star of “Gossip Girl” is still turning heads with her toned abs, and she recently shared the intense workout routine that has contributed to her muscle development and sculpting.

Lately, Taylor (age 32) mentioned during an interview on Today (published September 8) that she’s been into boxing. Boxing is what she can’t get enough of; it’s her favorite pastime. She’s quite dedicated to the gym and could be described as a regular gym-goer.

It appears that the lead singer of The Pretty Reckless has been dedicating time to boxing workouts in shadow boxes. Since 2022, she has been sharing videos of her fitness routine on social media, which includes exercises like doing rows on an ergometer or striking a large tire with a steel pipe. Now, she’s proudly showing off the impressive outcomes from her training.

Initially this month, Taylor showcased her well-defined abs by posting a picture announcing her band’s new single titled “For I Am Death”. In that snapshot, she donned a sleek black leather top revealing her toned stomach and arms. Furthermore, in the music video teaser for the song, she splashed black paint on her body, which accentuated her muscular back during its viscous flow.

2025 saw the alt-rock singer make a striking appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards on September 7th, flaunting her toned abdomen in a leather bra reminiscent of her previous style. She accessorized the outfit with a long skirt, sturdy boots, and her iconic mix of grunge and glamour.

While Taylor clearly loves getting physically active at the gym, she admitted that her workout regimen is motivated by an inspiring athletic figure.

The actor from ‘Spy School’ shared with Page Six at an awards event that they secretly aspire to be like Buffy the Vampire Slayer. They explained, ‘I thought, why not try to embody this character in real life. I strive to do something every day that boosts my spirits – mentally and physically.’

It’s not just Taylor who prioritizes her wellbeing; many other stars share their preferred exercise regimes as you continue reading…

In a recent interview with Today.com on November 22nd, she said that inclining yourself is fantastic for both your muscles and circulation. She also noted that walking backwards is exceptional for strengthening your glutes and legs. Essentially, it exercises almost every part of your body.

In 2023, Becky experienced a significant transformation and shared how fitness was instrumental in her journey. She stated to TopMob News, “Ultimately, it’s me who reaps the most benefits from my improved health.” Embracing this habit, she asserted, enables one to live longer compared to not having it. To put it another way, I prefer to view it as spending more time alive with this practice than without it.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, my preferred fitness routine often includes a mix. If it’s a home workout day, I make sure to incorporate exercises that suit my space. On other days, I prioritize stretching to keep my body limber and flexible. And when the weather permits, I love taking a refreshing walk outdoors as part of my daily routine. Consistency is key for me, so I strive to maintain this balanced approach in my fitness journey.

The Grammy-winning artist shared that her move to New York City ignited her health and fitness transformation. As she expressed in an interview with People on January 3, “Exploring the city is quite a workout.” She also mentioned her current fascination with infrared saunas and recently acquired a cold plunge, influenced by others’ recommendations.

Julianne shares with TopMob News that she consistently schedules exercise when her calendar is full.

The contestant on Dancing With the Stars mentioned, “I’m well aware that I can take a stroll around the hills with my dog. It’s crucial for me because she needs some exercise too. Regarding movement in general, whether it’s a short 10-minute walk or even just a quick 5-minute activity, I need to keep my body active.

When she finds herself with extra time, she mentioned, “Regardless if it’s attending a Kinrgy class, practicing Pilates, or doing yoga, I truly appreciate being able to blend these activities since I cherish variety.

Every day, regardless of how brief the time, I find myself in motion. There are moments when I’ll enter a room, play some tunes, and simply dance around. It’s an incredible method for unwinding and boosting my mood.

The record producer opened up about his love for golfing and how it’s helped him slim down.

He said to Us Weekly during a recent interview that he does this daily and has opportunities to either ride on a golf cart or walk around to manage emails, calls, and his business. He finds it incredibly enjoyable being surrounded by nature and the sun – it’s like a refreshing cleanse for him.

Truth be told, I’m currently finding my best workout method in virtual reality gaming. We managed to get a virtual reality headset just as everything was closing down, and it’s been simply fantastic during lockdown. There’s an abundance of games that make you sweat, and the experience is truly exhilarating. I must admit, I often feel quite sore after each session.

In regular times, I typically go to the gym, but at present, I’m attending online classes for Pilates led by Britni Lariviere. Additionally, I’ve taken up jumping rope and aim to do 2,000 jumps daily.

During normal times, I usually hit the gym, however, due to current circumstances, I’m participating in online Pilates classes with Britni Lariviere. I’ve also started practicing jumping rope and strive to do 2,000 jumps each day.

At the moment, we really enjoy family bike trips, and I make sure to set aside half an hour daily for Pilates sessions guided by Andrea Rodgers and foam rolling exercises led by Lauren Roxburgh.

Over the past few months while confined at home, I’ve discovered that running with my favorite tunes is an excellent way to unwind. It leaves me feeling fantastic and energized!

“My favorite way to break a sweat is mix of sex, PRx Performance, hiking, biking.”

As a passionate fitness enthusiast, I’ve been bringing my Brooke Burke Body app to life, connecting with my audience, and pushing them towards their goals! Since the start of quarantine, I’ve been live streaming on both my app and Instagram, aiming to make fitness an enjoyable and fresh experience. One of my favorite parts is guiding viewers through our high-energy total body cardio parties – we crank up the music, find our groove, and feel that burn in our behinds! Cardio is all about getting your heart rate pumping, so if you’re not breaking a sweat, you’re not giving it your all!

For some time now, I’ve been regularly attending Sculpt, Cardio Boxing, and Yoga Classes on the obé Fitness App, as well as virtual classes with Pilates By Amanda. When I’m short on time, I turn to Lauren Gores’ express workouts that she posts on her Instagram.

In these confined times of lockdown, I’ve taken charge of my own yoga journey. Dive as deep as I want into various poses, explore their nuances, and before I realize, it’s been a whopping two hours!

My trainer, Amoila Cesar, brings out the best in me by tapping into my determination and competitive nature. I respond well to his intense encouragement, even when he shouts. While in quarantine, I found motivation through his 6 Weeks of THE WORK program on Beachbody on Demand. I’m also a fan of challenging barre classes and make sure to practice yoga every day.

I love to dance at home. I often put on some tunes and let loose. Sometimes I follow a specific routine, other times it’s freestyle or even involves twerking. I also enjoy hiking.”

In this version, the sentence structure is simplified and made more conversational, while still conveying the original meaning of the text. The word “go” replaces “just go,” implying action without specifying a particular purpose. The phrase “let loose” implies spontaneity and freedom, much like the original “I just go.” The sentence structure is also varied to make it more engaging for readers.

I’ve been a dedicated fan of P.Volve for quite some time now, attending their classes in person and later streaming them at home. I make it a point to workout approximately three to four times a week, even if it’s only for 30 minutes. The focus is on strengthening and lengthening muscles, which I find incredibly beneficial. It’s safe to say that P.Volve is my preferred choice when it comes to exercise!
