Zach Bryan Hops Barbed-Wire Fence to Fight Gavin Adcock Amid Feud

Zach Bryan and Gavin Adcock have come face-to-face.

Just before taking the stage at the Born & Raised Festival in Pryor, Oklahoma, the singer of “Last One to Know” had a heated argument with another country artist, continuing their existing conflict.

In a video posted to social media, 29-year-old Zach challenged 26-year-old Gavin to a fight, shouting, “Come open the gate!” while they stood facing each other across a wire fence.

The singer of “Something in the Orange” then appeared to aggressively push against the fence, aiming the force toward Gavin.

Gavin shared a clip from September 13th showing he’d received death threats from someone named ‘Sack Cryin’ before performing a show in that person’s hometown. He jokingly told the sender to ‘Eat a Snickers, bro’ in the caption.

A second Facebook video shows Zach actually climbing over a barbed-wire fence and running towards Gavin before security guards stopped him.

The months-long feud between the two musicians began when Gavin publicly criticized Zach’s response to a fan who had complained that Zach didn’t acknowledge fans after a concert.

In a July post on X, Gavin questioned why people admire someone who couldn’t handle criticism from a 14-year-old fan. He pointed out the fan was thrilled to meet them, and as a nearly 30-year-old adult, the person should have been able to handle the situation, considering their fans are the reason for their success.

Though Gavin didn’t name names in his initial post, Bryan clapped back in a since-deleted response.

He posted on X, according to Whiskey Riff, that people shouldn’t expect a photo or greeting after someone performs for two and a half hours. He ended the post with the acronym “GOMD.”

Even so, Gavin later doubled down on his criticism of the “Pink Skies” singer’s attitude.

He explained on the *Rolling Stone* podcast *Nashville Now* that it wasn’t about disliking signing autographs. He compared it to letting someone, like a teenager, express their opinions without shutting them down harshly. He felt a public figure should be able to handle criticism with more grace.

He also went on to accuse Zach of putting on “a big mask” for the public.

He sometimes lets his real personality slip out,” he said. “I’m not sure if Zach Bryan is a genuinely good person.”

In January 2024, Bobby addressed speculation about a disagreement with Tan, following his announcement in November 2023 that he was leaving *Queer Eye* after eight seasons. (Bobby is pictured second from left.)

He assured *Vanity Fair* that he and Tan are doing okay. He explained they went through a personal issue, but it’s separate from their work on the show and wasn’t a romantic matter. He wanted to make that clear.

In March 2024, Tan addressed claims that he tried to get his friend Jeremiah Brent to replace Bobby on the show *Queer Eye*.

We held a thorough casting process for the role. I didn’t recommend my friend for the part, but they ultimately landed it because they were the most qualified. I want to be clear that I didn’t help them get the job by pushing anyone else out.

After years of speculation about a disagreement, Holly Marie Combs, Shannen Doherty’s former co-star on *Charmed*, revealed on her December 2023 podcast, *Let’s Be Clear*, that Alyssa Milano supposedly gave a show producer an ultimatum: choose between her and Shannen. Combs claims this led to Shannen leaving the show in 2001.

In a February 2024 Instagram post, Alyssa stated she couldn’t have gotten anyone fired and claimed that any current accounts of the events were simply inaccurate retellings of something that happened a long time ago.

At a MegaCon Orlando panel, Shannen stated that, to her knowledge, the events as they happened haven’t been misrepresented or rewritten.

Shannen passed away in July 2024 after a yearslong battle with cancer.

During a September 2023 game of “Stir the Pot” with her daughter, Kelly Osbourne, on TopMob News, Sharon Osbourne revealed that she considered Danny Masterson, known from “That ’70s Show,” to be the rudest celebrity she’d ever encountered. She described him as a very rude and unpleasant person.

He did not respond to her remarks publicly.

Five years ago, Sharon shared with Larry King that Ashton seemed annoyed when he was a guest on *The Talk* in 2014, after she mispronounced his name.

She remembered him asking, ‘Who are you and what have you accomplished in this field?’ She responded sharply, telling him, ‘Don’t underestimate me, because I’ll completely overwhelm you.’ She essentially warned him, ‘You have no idea who you’re talking to.’

In August 2022, Cassadee Pope and Maren Morris publicly disagreed with Brittany Aldean, wife of country singer Jason Aldean. This followed a post Brittany shared on Instagram on August 23rd, where she thanked her parents for not allowing her to transition during a phase where she preferred traditionally masculine interests, and expressed her enjoyment of a feminine lifestyle.

In a 2022 TikTok trend, JoJo Siwa called Candace Cameron Bure the “rudest” celebrity she’d met, explaining that Bure once turned down her request for a photo on the red carpet. Soon after, Cameron Bure apologized publicly, saying she regretted hurting Siwa’s feelings when she was younger and expressing her sincere remorse for not taking the picture.

Candace and the other person resolved their differences. However, when asked months later if her network, Great American Family, would ever feature same-sex couples as the main characters in its holiday films, she said it wouldn’t, explaining that the network will continue to focus on traditional marriage.

JoJo, who publicly shared they are part of the LGBTQ+ community in 2021, responded to the actress’ comment on Instagram, calling it “rude and hurtful to many people.”

In June 2021, Courtney Love claimed that Olivia Rodrigo had copied the album cover art of her band, Hole, for a promotional photo without proper credit. Olivia responded with a simple message of support, saying, “Love u and live through this sooooo much.” Courtney then playfully replied, thanking Olivia and offering to share the contact information for her favorite florist in London if Olivia messaged her privately.

While on *Watch What Happens Live*, the *Happy Days* actor explained the reason he and the *Forrest Gump* star didn’t get along while filming the 1989 movie *Turner & Hooch*.

I directed the movie for thirteen days, and then Jeff Katzenberg, the producer, called me into his office and told me to pack up and go home, as I had everything I needed with me, he said.

Winkler and Hanks’ dog seemed to get along very well. “I really loved that dog,” Winkler said.

He also refused to admit if he’s even seen the flick.

“You know what you did!”

Those who watched *The Hills* likely recall Lauren’s famous line from the beginning of season three. The drama between her and Heidi started when Heidi began dating Spencer Pratt, and it escalated when Lauren claimed Heidi and Spencer spread a false rumor about her and Jason Wahler involving a sex tape.

Tyrese and Dwayne Johnson had another public disagreement after the release date for *Fast & Furious 9* was delayed until April 2020. On the same day, a spin-off movie featuring Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham was announced, scheduled for release in 2019. Shortly after, Tyrese said he would leave *Fast 9* if Dwayne Johnson was still part of the cast.

Tyrese recently discussed the long-standing conflict with Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, telling Van Lathan on *The Red Pill* podcast that he still hasn’t spoken to Johnson directly, though they plan to talk. He did mention having a conversation with one of Johnson’s producing partners, but not with Johnson himself.

Tyrese admitted he shouldn’t have publicly shared frustrations on behalf of others connected to the franchise, saying it was unprofessional and a mistake he takes responsibility for. He explained he was the only one who spoke out, and that was his fault.

No more bad blood here.

Taylor Swift and Katy Perry had a long-running public disagreement, rumored to be the inspiration behind Swift’s song “Bad Blood.” The conflict, which began with issues over a dancer and competition during their concert tours, was resolved when Perry sent Swift an olive branch as a peace offering before Swift’s *Reputation* Tour began.

Taylor shared a video on Instagram explaining she found a real olive branch in her dressing room, saying it meant a lot to her.

Taylor captioned the video, “Thank you Katy.”

For years, Kim Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker, stars of *Sex and the City*, successfully avoided rumors of a disagreement. However, those rumors resurfaced when Kim chose not to participate in a third movie and subsequently made some pointed comments about her co-star.

During a September 2017 episode of *Watch What Happens Live*, Andy Cohen asked Sarah Jessica Parker how she felt about Kim Cattrall telling Piers Morgan that they had only ever been colleagues, not friends.

She said she was just devastated. They had talked about it all week, and she was really bothered because her memory of what happened was completely different.

It’s definitely sad, but I believe what truly connects us is the unique experience we all shared. It started as a professional collaboration, but over the years it became deeply personal. I’m hoping that those years, and the special connection we built with people through our work, will outweigh any recent disagreements. It was a real privilege to be a part of something so meaningful for so long.

And though they didn’t film scenes together, Kim did make a small appearance on And Just Like That.

Elton John and Madonna have been publicly disagreeing since 2004. The conflict began when Elton, while accepting an award, criticized Madonna’s live performances. He famously told the audience that he disagreed with the idea of her being the best live act, questioning how lip-syncing could be considered a live performance, and even made a controversial statement suggesting performers who lip-sync should face consequences.

The actress, formerly on *Grey’s Anatomy*, caused a disagreement with the show’s creator back in 2008 when she asked to be removed from Emmy Award consideration. She explained her decision by saying she didn’t believe she’d been given strong enough storylines to deserve a nomination.

I’ll never forget when Shonda spoke with Oprah Winfrey on *Oprah’s Next Chapter* back in 2012 about Katherine’s choice. She admitted it hurt, but honestly, she wasn’t completely shocked. She said something that really stuck with me: ‘When people show you who they are, believe them.’ It’s become a guiding principle in my own life, and it’s honestly helped me so much over the years.

The fight between Nicki and Cardi at the Harper’s Bazaar Icon party during New York Fashion Week became a major news story. A month later, Cardi explained what she said started the argument with Nicki.

Cardi B recently told W magazine that another person has been repeatedly criticizing her. They had talked twice before and seemed to resolve things, but the criticism continued.

The conflict truly escalated when Cardi B noticed Nicki Minaj had reportedly liked, and then quickly unliked, a tweet criticizing Cardi’s skills as a mother – something Nicki denies doing.

I was set to earn a lot of money from my Bruno Mars tour, but I chose to stay home with my daughter instead,” Cardi B explained. “I love my daughter, and I’m a really good mom. It’s frustrating when people without kids criticize my choices. Everyone says the party wasn’t the right time or place to see another artist, but I don’t expect to run into someone famous at the grocery store or just walking around town again.

The conflict between Kanye West and Taylor Swift began in 2009 when he interrupted her acceptance speech at the MTV Video Music Awards. They later reconciled and became friends, but their relationship fell apart in 2016 after Kanye released his song “Famous,” which included a reference to Taylor.

Just before the Grammys in February 2025, Kanye West began following only Taylor Swift on Instagram. He didn’t offer any explanation for this action, and Swift didn’t publicly acknowledge it.

“I don’t know her.”

The supposed rivalry between Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez has been talked about for over 15 years. It began during an interview where Mariah was asked about other singers. When asked specifically about Jennifer Lopez, Mariah famously said, “I don’t know her.”
